The house has central AC, high-speed wifi, memory foam beds, and beach chairs and coolers you'll need to enjoy Kauai's beaches. The house is a 10 min. walk to Poipu beaches filled with great surf, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Kukui'ula shopping center is a short walk away with great restaurants and local shops. We had an amazing stay at the property.The property is spacious, clean, beautiful, and has all the amenities needed for one to enjoy a get away vacation. It is also located in a great location, would definitely stay there again without a doubt.

Phenomenal set up. Big enough for 5 comfortably with room to lounge after playing all day. Would definitely stay here again. Easy access and 4 minute drive to everything.

Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful. Poipu was super close. All the appliances were new and cool. The house was clean and really fit the vibes of the area. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable.

We had an amazing time and this house was perfect for me and my family. The open living room/kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out. The beds were super comfy and the pillows - I passed out everytime I laid down. The house has central AC plus fans in all the rooms so you stayed cool throughout the day. Also, Jake has everything you need for the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cooler, goggles and fins, boogie boards, and a wagon! 10/10 recommend booking this house and I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay at the Poipu Beachouse was fantastic!! The house was very comfortable, spotless and accommodated our family of six adults perfectly. The location is also a plus. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very nice location, spacious, clean, close to beach, ideal place for family vacation. Open space kitchen and large island, great for casual dining and drinks. The host is very thoughtful, you almost have everything you need.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu! The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It is in a beautiful neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Jake is a very kind and responsive property manager. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to travel to beautiful Kauai!

Awesome place to check out the island

The house is beautiful, and well stocked for entertaining the family. Had every appliance in the kitchen you could ask for. The kids really enjoyed the beach toys and games that were supplied. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to let the kids run around the big backyard. Plenty of shopping and restaurants minutes away. Due to user error ran into a problem with the shower, but jacob was quick to call and able to get it squared away. Would definitely stay here again.

Good property for a family

The house had a great layout and was in a great location. There was nice outside space and great beach chairs, towels, cooler and games. The shower in the primary bathroom was finicky and was hard to figure out at times. It was warm during our visit and the air conditioning never cooled the house. I would not recommend this house during warmer months or for a family that needs ac—it was very warm and stuffy inside.

Serene Getaway

The property was just in the middle of Poipu and Koloa, a short jaunt to the beaches, and close to all the amenities and dining. We enjoyed to open layout of the home, with master bedroom on one end and two other bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom between. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several meals at the home. The beach gear and games were plentiful. There was one minor mistype in the advertisement that show two bedrooms with 2 beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 king, but we made it work with 8 people. The AC was not working due to waiting for a replacement part, but they had stocked the home with portable units that kept it cool. Great location, great home.

Pleasant Stay on the Garden Island

We experienced the house very nice, super clean and very well equipped and enjoyed our stay a lot. It started off a little bumpy when we realized that there was a double booking and another party had just moved into the house before us. Luckily for us, we were able to stay since we booked months before our arrival (we came over all the way from Germany and everything else would have been awful). Jake was available right away even though it was 11pm and helped to sort things out. Except for the little shock at the beginning everything was fine. The house is as described online and we really had a good time here - definitely worth booking.

Great home, location, slow communication and safety

The home is amazing, has everything you need and is mostly very clean. The floors had not been mopped in quite some time though, not a big deal but for the huge cleaning fee odd. Location is epic and centered in an amazing area, we 100% would stay there again. All smoke alarms but one either had the batteries removed and were not operational or had a hanging 9v battery, at first we thought they were hardwired but no light showed an operational status. We removed two stars for accuracy of listing. There is room for 8 people, when you look at the rooms and beds section of the listing it states room 1 has 2 king beds. There are 2 king beds and 2 full/double beds.

Wonderful family getaway in Koloa

We had a nice 4-day stay in this spacious home. We didn’t cook but it was great to have the large fridge, microwave and dishes. The washer/dryer and outdoor shower was a plus. We had a challenge figuring out how to get the primary shower to turn on and the property manager was very responsive with clear instructions and offer to help if we needed it. The A/C units in each room helped to keep them all cool. we thought they were a bit loud at first, but the white noise actually helped us to sleep. Lots of spices in the pantry, but could have used soy sauce. More mirrors in the rooms or on walls would be helpful. Overall, a very nice and clean and comfortable home!

Home Away From Home

This home was very spacious. Granted it was only my husband and my self but would have been plenty big enough for a family of 6-8. Loved sitting out on the Lanai every day and even grilled a few times. The A/C went out our last 3 days of our stay and we did let property manager, Jake, know. It was a Saturday so very unlikely anyone would be available to come out. We really didn't mind it and Jake was more than willing to bring us portable a/c unites. The house could use a fresh coat of paint and the floors defiantly could have been really scrubbed. No complaints and throughly enjoyed our stay. Property Manager, Jake, was very wonderful and answered all of our questions. Would stay again.

Unfortunately canceled day of checkin.

The stars given are no reflection, I simply had to put something in. Sadly we didn’t make it into this home. On our way to check in we were notified by the owner that a previous guest tested positive for covid and they were allowing them to quarantine in the home for 10 days. I couldn’t find official documentation that stated that was the law and owner failed to provide it upon request. Vrbo was no help and we scrambled for beds the next 3 nights. Very stressful situation.
