About this property

I lived in this cosy townhouse for more than 15 years and simply love the space and the location. Situated in the WestEnd of Vancouver, this two floor unit comfortably fits 2 people. Facing lovely Nelson Park, it is close to everything. You will have all you need within walking distance, driving or taking public transit is not necessary.

My kitchen is well equipped to allow you to cook meals. All the bedding and towels are provided. The bed is a comfortable queen size mattress. The bathroom has a soaker tub & shower. Washer and Dryer in the unit. The secure parking is just one floor down. The townhouse is located within a secured courtyard. The ground floor has the cloakroom, the bedroom with walkout balcony and the bathroom. The Kitchen, the dining room, the family room and office are on the second floor.

Parking is available at a minimal nightly cost. Advance notice required. Please inquire.
