We highly recommend this unit!

Fresh, clean, updated and very well appointed vacation unit. We especially loved how well equipped the kitchen is. My pet peeve, kitchen knives it passed with flying colors. Larger frying pans in good condition is another one and we found that the ones supplied worked for a larger family. Great with hangers by the door and a shoe shelf as well! Very close to the beach, stores and restaurants - we highly recommend this unit!

Great location, centrally located.

We love the Holmes Beach area and this neighborhood in particular. So easy to get anywhere on the island and Publix is just blocks away.

Never know there was a hurricane

Tropical Sunset 1 was all that could have asked for in a vacation rental. The condo was very clean and contained everything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to the beach, shopping plaza and trolly stops.

Excellent Stay

We've been renting vacation properties on AMI for several years from multiple STR vendors. Our experience with Seabreeze vacations was flawless. Holmes Beach rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your vacation home! We found it to be well organized and clean. The decor is tasteful and very welcoming...just lovely. Wonderful location as well. We hope to be back next year!

Heaven on earth!

Condo was very clean & exactly as pictures depicted. Location was 10/10! A hop, skip & a jump to the beach (sunsets were to die for!) & within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. Pool was a nice size & well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked to cook a variety of meals. Property manager was very communicative to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved staying at this property!

We loved staying at Tropical Sunset #1. It had tons of room for our party of 6, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need. They provide everything you need for the beach. A cart, chairs, umbrella's and beach toys. It was close to Publix and Walgreens. But the best part was it was less then a minute walk to the beach!!! We will definitely book again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Sunset #1! The location is perfect, with beach access across the street, the shopping center right behind you and a central spot on the island so you're never more than a short ride from either end! The unit is spacious and very well-appointed! We loved the “beach closet” full of chairs, floats and beach toys! The pool was clean and an excellent way to cool down each day. We also loved the map and guest book! We'll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful!

Great location! Great pool! Very comfortable! We will book this place again! One issue, all the dishware in the kitchen were great, but the frying pans are horrible and need to be replaced! It wouldn't cost much for a couple nonstick pans. 😎👍👍👍👍

Our new favorite beach!!

The condo was very roomy and open. Everything you need is there just got food delivered from Publix after the long drive and we were set. Very short walk to the beach. Even the condo being remodeled next door was very quiet and didn't disturb us. We have always gone to gulf shores but it was awesome not to have the high rises and the consideration for the turtles was incredible and so were the sunsets! This will be our new favorite beach!!!!

Wonderful experience

This was the cleanest, most well organized condo my family has had the pleasure of staying in! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and accessories and everything was very easy to find as every cabinet is well marked with locations of items. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We were provided fresh clean linens and beach towels. We honestly felt right at home which is a first after staying many other places! Everything was clearly well thought out and we felt very cared for. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

This unit is all about the location. Literally 2 homes from the beach. We loved there was everything available to bring all of our belongings to the beach. It is on a side street, which makes it a quieter location. You are in walking distance from stores and the trolley stop which brings you around the Island for free. It was great to have the dive under carport to keep the car out of the sun. The heated pool was great to have! The map inside was great too! Would absolutely rent again!!

Excellent Property and Location!

Wonderful property with 2 bedrooms and two baths situated my wife and me, along with our three boys (11, 8, 6). Spacious enough to accommodate all of our stuff without having to step over it all. Toss-up about the best feature; either the pool or it’s location; both were great. Location right across from beach access (literally about 300 steps). My wife and I enjoyed numerous morning runs up and down the beach, given its quick accessibility. The pool was a big hit for the kids. It was secluded enough to block any stronger breezes but the sun was still able to be over the pool and chairs area for nearly the entire day. Another plus on location; it’s easily walkable (or a super short bike ride or car/golf cart drive) from Publix, Walgreens, and a fantastic mom-and-pop ice cream shop. Centrally-located between AMI “north” and then to the south, Bradenton Beach/Coquina Beach. Frankly, folks who rate this property anything less than 4* or 5* are people who are probably always going to complain about something. Overall, it is a great property.

Beach right across the street! Beach chairs, floats, and umbrellas. House well equipped and very clean! Several restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Pool nice and clean! Would highly recommend!

One block to the beach!

Great location - no rental car needed! One block to the beach, some gulf views from unit which was comfortable, spacious and bright with many windows and a fully stocked kitchen. Practically everything you'd need to take to the beach is available for use. Good size pool and fabulous sunsets from the roof top deck!! Walking distance to Manatee Beach plus food, drink, shopping & entertainment!

Great Stay by the Beach

This is an excellent location right by the beach. We loved being able to easily walk back and forth to the house as needed. The unit is great for 4 adults - 2 bedroom, 2 bath with plenty of space to spread out. We didn't feel like we were in each other's way. The kitchen was well equipped and we all enjoyed the entertainment options. I was impressed that it really looked like the photos and, if anything, was actually better. We did encounter a few issues - 1. The unit was moderately clean but not sparkling clean. For example, there was sand on the floor, crumbs under the coffee table, etc. 2. The owners of this unit do not own the whole building. So if there's a problem with the pool, the grill, or any of the communal areas, you're out of luck. Our week, the bathroom by the pool was out of order - do you really think the kids swimming in the pool were going up 3 flights of stairs every time they had to go to the bathroom? 3. Someone came into the unit on our last full day to repair the closet door. We didn't get any warning and how were we supposed to know if this person was legitimate? It seemed unsafe. And why they couldn't do those repairs the next day during turnover? 4. After we checked out, we got a call that we "still had a lot of personal items" left in the unit. I know we didn't, I did a walkthrough and we left the unit empty and clean. It turns out they had the wrong unit. It made me wonder, what if they charged us for damage or something and had the wrong unit? Overall, I'd definitely still stay there again, just wanted to give my balanced feedback.

Family Vacation

Our family of 5 loved this condo with a great location right across from the beach!! Walking distance to some shops and restaurants made this location very convenient! Loved having all the extra supplies there for us, such as beach towels for all, beach chairs and toys, even laundry detergent and paper goods! Was exactly as pictured on the website! This was our first trip to the Island and was definitely impressed with all its beauty! Great place to stay and would love to return soon!!
