This house was perfect for what my family needed. We were in town for a cheerleading competition and this place is close to anything you need to do. The pool was perfect for my kids and everyone had their own space. I would and will rent this property again if given the chance

The house was the perfect size for my family. The pool was fantastic. Everyone loved having a TV with cable/live TV in every room. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. My only issue is the rooms with the twin beds were warm as you couldn’t feel the a/c in those rooms at night unless you kept the doors open. Otherwise it was a great home that I would book again in the future.

Two years in a row I have rented this property. Last year I was charged 250 for “stained” towels. This year I was charged 350 for “too many cars” - both charges were not valid. I only had 2 cars. The owner got rude and told me they had proof - but never provided it. So be careful for added fees that you should not be charged. VRBO was great and reimbursed me for these fake charges. Very great service from them.

We loved the house. It was as described. Management was very responsive when the pool heat wasn’t working the first day. Convenient access to Disney activities. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Only notes were that the beds were hard for our liking, streaming was spotty and could use a little more light in the living room. All said we would stay there again.

Mold in master shower, All three other bathtubs were cracked and peeling. Broken drawers in kitchen. Pool chairs were fixed and did not recline so we laid towels on the ground to lay out and relax. Couch is pretty in pics but not ideal or comfy to sit on. Garage game area is hot and not air conditioned. Pool fee to have hot hot tub and warm pool wasn’t worth it because by the time the hot tub was actually hot we weren’t interested in sitting in it anymore. For the price per night I expected better….this is our 6th yr staying in a Vrbo house..::first time at this house. Definitely cooled themed yes, but not great. Also ac lowest temp allowed by owners was 72….so it was hot at tonight to try to sleep…ceiling fans didn’t keep the room cool at all…..wouldn’t stay here again.

House was clean and very close to everything we needed . ESPN was 15 mins away and never any traffic . Host answered questions quickly. The reason I gave a 4 star were the sheets on the bed were awful along with the pillows it’s definitely time for new ones which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable in all the bedrooms. Showers also need new nozzles.Also Just know that even though the grill is mentioned in amenities know you’re not getting one except if pay another expense that unfortunately when we learned about we wouldn’t have gotten for 2 more days . Would I recommend this house absolutely.

The place was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The only complaint is there was only ONE set of towels, per person, for a two night stay. It would have been nice to have Two sets, per person. The game room was OK. It needs some work. Better lighting, pool sticks, etc. It needs a little more love. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The whole house was clean and easy to get in and out. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Easy to move around, it had a high chair and a pack and play which is very helpful with a baby.

Hi, I stayed at this location for a week with my family (4 kids). The good things are:1. Communication was excellent. 2. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a big family.The bad things for me:1. Distance - half an hour -45 minutes to the airport, 30-35 minutes to Universal Parks. Disney is the closest, around 15-20 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. 2. The pool was not clean enough - you can see yellow/ green stains at the bottom edges of the pool, which most likely are algae - I felt it's not healthy for my kids. I did have pictures. 3. The pool to be heated and the BBQ are extras. You have to add more to the weekly rent, which was a very disappointing factor for me (even though it was listed). I used to go to many other places as a frequent FL visitor during the summer to have these amenities included, as they are basic needs. ( No pool toys ) 4. Overall, the house furniture was outdated compared to Ikea furniture, which is fine from a business perspective. 5. No basic or start-up shampoos or soaps.

Thanks again for your stay Fathi, we are very sorry for the pool but when the pool came to clean the pool ( as every week ) you refused the service and turned them back so that s why it started to turn green, every pool needs to be cleaned every week. We hope to see you soon

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
