Why they chose this property
This is the best ovation on the island! The unit sits across from beautiful parks, tennis and Pickleball courts, and is a very short 2 minute walk to all the best bars, restaurants and shops on St Simons. The pier also has multiple playgrounds, a local pool, the beach, and the lighthouse. So much fun to walk or ride bikes from my home!
