Private guest suite, close to Link light rail, Kenmore Air, and Town Ctr

Quiet setting in Lake Forest Park, bordering N Seattle. Our suite is one mile to our local town center and Kenmore Air, and a short drive to two light rail stations for a quick trip to down town Seattle. The space has it's own entrance and is located in the lower level of our home. It offers a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and small dining space. It's perfect for a couple or single traveler visiting Seattle for pleasure or work. Parking space for one car is included. We live upstairs and are here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Property was clean and spacious. Host was communicative, friendly, and very responsive. I had a three-evening stay (just myself) and had everything I needed. Refrigerator is dormitory size and I was able to fit all of my food for one person for the duration but it may be small for two people who would be staying longer.

This was our second stay and everything was just as good as our first in this super clean and comfortable unit. The location is perfect, very private and quiet, nice little extra touches in the kitchen and excellent communication with the owners. It’s our favorite place to stay!

So happy with our stay at this property! Beautifully clean, comfortable and they thought of everything we could possibly need. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens, kitchen had everything we needed including thoughtful touches that went above and beyond, well outfitted bathroom, great shower. And the view from the deck was fabulous! Love this place and hope to be back when we visit family!

Very nice and comfortable VRBO

Our first time using VRBO and will definitely continue. Jamie and Derek have a beautiful home with this downstairs studio type setting. The bed is super comfy. Pretty much anything you need for cooking too. Plenty of dishes and was especially excited that there was good creamers (liquid) for our coffee. We're going to most definitely book again in the future because it's way more comfortable, clean and inviting than a hotel stay. More affordable as well, thank you for that Jamie and Derek. We were Blessed!!

This place was ideal for me while my house was undergoing a remodel. It’s located on a hill in a beautiful neighborhood, with great views. I like walking and hiking and found a wonderful trail close by. The town center is a great place to have breakfast or lunch, and the Burke Gilman trail for walking or biking is only a mile away. The place is clean, has a very comfortable bed, is private and best of all…has fabulous hosts.
