Su villa serena en la hermosa isla de Hilton Head ofrece lo mejor de ambos mundos. Está situado en un un-comercializado South Forest Beach ubicación privilegiada a sólo 2 cuadras de la hermosa playa tropical en el Atlántico. Su casa está en una excelente ubicación para entusiasta de la playa, los fanáticos del golf, los aficionados de tenis y restaurante aficionados. Su casa de vacaciones es ideal para parejas o familias con niños para disfrutar!

Hilton Head Island ofrece un clima tropical maravilloso con una de las mejores playas en el Atlántico. La isla también ofrece un montón de otras actividades como el ciclismo, pesca, buceo, snorkel y otros deportes acuáticos. La isla es también el hogar de más de 200 restaurantes distintivos para deleite de su paladar.

Solo había baños totalmente remodelados con la parte superior de la línea de baldosas, gabinetes, encimera y todas las características.

Su 2BR / 2. 5 unidad de baño es una de las villas más grandes dentro de los complejos de la zona. La planta principal espacioso incluye la cocina, comedor, sala de estar, baño y medio y salir balcón. Al salir de su terraza, verá la vista de la piscina y la laguna de tortugas a través de la entrada del área de estar. Desde su terraza que da un paseo a la piscina pintoresca (perfecto para el bronceado), con vistas a la laguna tropical. Hay dos amplios dormitorios situado arriba, cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño de tamaño considerable. El dormitorio principal tiene vistas a la zona de la laguna y la piscina tranquila.

Su villa cuenta con pista de una hora gratis de tenis uso por día del famoso complejo de Van Der Meer Tenis Profesional, que se encuentra justo al lado de la villa. Hay más de diez campos de golf públicos ubicados dentro de diez minutos en coche de la villa.

También se encuentra a poca distancia es el popular Coligny Circle. Se ofrece muchas comodidades incluyendo numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y otras actividades. También está a un breve coche de Harbour Town y Shelter Cove Harbour, que ofrece tiendas más único y la buena mesa / casual.

Clean and comfortable

This property was absolutely perfect! Just a short walk from the beach, close to plenty of restaurants, and friendly people within the other units. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of extras that we didn’t have to buy ourselves (beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, golf clubs, etc.). The beds were very comfy and the remodeled bathrooms were very nice! The pool was also a huge plus as there were pool toys available for the kids. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay.

Great location

This was a wonderful property. The pool was clean and warm. It was less than a 10 min walk to the beach and town, which we liked as it took us out of all the commotion. Kevin was amazing with his quick response and willingness to accommodate us. We would definitely stay there again!

Good Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and clean. The only complaints regarding the condo were linens for the sofa bed. There were none and the blankets provided did not appear clean. It was a great location, with close proximity to the beach.

Great location walking distance to the beach and Cologiny. Really enjoyed the pool and the Tennis access is a great perk. Great communication and responsiveness from property manager. Would stay again.

Great time, a lot of space! Close to everything. Bikes to rent right around the corner. We actually bought two beach chairs and left them for future renters! Have fun!

Walls,dishes, floors, possible fecal on tank of lower toilet, door frame that has safety latch was all busted off at arrival, HVAC vents full of dust, bebris and or mold around inside sink to wash dishes, we have pictures of most of the items listed above and others not mentioned. The place has potential my wife gave our leftover eggs and other perishable items to the family next to us and she said it appears very nice and ckean!

Owners Beware. This renter is trying to get money back from the get go. Please look at my other reviews to see that this is not how we operate our beautiful villa as we have a high standard toward cleaning, comfort and responsiveness. This renter called me 2 days after arrival to mention some items not being cleaned and the trim piece being ajar (this happens when someone tries to slam the door open with the deadbolt latch on). I immediately responded and offered to have my cleaning crew and local agent come over to address the issues. He stated that he did not want this and just wanted to give me the heads up. The next day (4th day of stay) he sent me some pictures (which could have been while he was staying there) so I decided to call him up and discuss further how I could make him comfortable. I mentioned to him on the phone again that I could send folks over to address or that I would be happy to refund him if he decided to depart. He again declined and mentioned that if I would be willing to take money off of the rent. He then sent me an e-mail later in the day (that vrbo folks have) stating that "we're not out to make a bad review online about your place that's not the kind of people we are" and "try and make it right with us" Renting this property for over 20 years while also renting 2 other properties I can tell a case of extortion when I see it. My past reviews speak for themselves. As can be seen, this renter was a "new" renter so there was not past info on them. Please utilize this response to be very aware if you are deciding to take on this tenant.

Great, clean property

We loved this condo! Very clean (and I have VERY high standards). The upstairs bathrooms are beautiful. The beds were comfy and the pool is nice. Kevin was great to work with. Walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. Highly recommend!

Great space and location

My husband, 2 boys and I had lots of space to spread out in this unit. It was well equipped for cooking, all the appliances worked well. The living room offered great sitting options and was very comfortable for spending time watching a movie. Our firestick worked perfectly in the living room tv. This was our first time staying in the Coligny area and this unit was super convenient to everything with a super fast and easy walk to the beach and the new park. Kevin was super great to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great Stay!

This property is very well appointed. Beds comfortable. Baths nicely updated (excellent showers!). Kitchen equipped with everything we needed (including a rain umbrella!). Not mentioned previously are beach chairs (2), toys (incl. 3 boogie boards), 2 sets of golf clubs. Beach access is 4/10 mile. If you're a regular walker - 5 minute walk. We had a great time and would stay here again!

First time at Hilton Head

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Kevin was also very responsive to any needs or questions that we had. This is a great condo and close to beach access. My family and I had a great week staying in the condo complex would recommend this condo to any family. The location was awesome!!

Easy Access to the Beach

The property was clean, pretty and in close proximity to the beach. Kevin, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We definitely plan to stay at this property again.

Great location

We had a great last minute trip. The condo was clean and well stocked with recently updated bathrooms. The pool was exceptional and it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. My only reason for giving a couple 4 stars was the balcony area.

Another amazing stay

This is the second year we have stayed here and it was absolutely amazing. The Villa is always very clean and ready for us. Complimentary linens were provided to minimize our packing which is a huge help. What a great place to create memories!

First visit to Hilton Head

This was a great place for our family. It was 2 blocks walking distance to the beach. The villa was very comfortable for our family of four. The unit was clean and spacious. Both upstairs bathrooms were recently updated! Hope to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa despite our on/off rainy weather. It was the perfect size, beautifully renovated bathrooms, and very close to the pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, and there were plenty of close restaurants & shops close by.

Nice villa, nice location

This villa features everything you'd need to vacation comfortably. Two rooms upstairs, each with their own updated baths. Both bedrooms have two closets each, so plenty of room to hang clothes. Washer/dryer in kitchen area, separate dining room and living room with an outside patio just off the living room overlooking the pond and pool. Coligny beach and plaza is within walking distance or you can choose to take the local trolly to nearby attractions. Lots of nice restaurants and shops in the Coligny Circle area but you can also check out Shelter Cove and other nice attractions. Kevin was quick to respond to my questions/concerns and he was very professional. Instructions for home rules are clearly laid out and the villa was very clean upon entry. I would definitely recommend this villa and we'll be back to visit Hilton Head Island again.

The Villa was very spacious for our family of four.The open concept floor plan on the lower level was very inviting and cozy. It was stocked with cooking supplies and had a washer and dryer tucked neatly into a corner as well. The space was very clean and set up nicely. The upstairs was again very spacious having full bathrooms connected to both bedrooms, one room had two twin beds and ours had a huge King bed which made.for great sleeping! Both bedrooms had plenty of storage and the bathrooms were stocked with towels. We also had access to a nice newer swimming pool as well... Access to everything in the Coligny area was a short bike ride away. We will be back!

Clean and Spacious

We enjoyed our recent stay at this Courtside condo. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. The unit had plenty of space both in the living area and the bedrooms. We enjoyed the games and puzzles that were in the living area. The only thing I would note (I'm not sure if this is in the description or not) is that this is a second floor unit and there are steps to get to the bedrooms inside the villa.
