Discover modern comfort in this beautifully renovated 1st-floor villa at Xanadu Villas. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat features an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and sleek tile flooring throughout.

Relax in the newly furnished living room, which offers serene views of a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. The master bedroom is a true oasis, complete with a new king-size bed, a private balcony, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a state-of-the-art walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a large dresser, a nightstand, and a flat-panel TV. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring twin bunk beds and a twin-size bed. This bedroom shares access to two bathrooms: a spacious full bath and a convenient half bath. All beds have new mattresses (2022) for your comfort.

Xanadu Villas offers meticulously landscaped grounds and is just a short walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and the new Celebration Park, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Xanadu offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Great Location to beach, shopping, and dining!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and stocked with items we needed to cook inside and outside on the nearby grill. We were also pleasantly surprised to see beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. This place is just across the street from the beach access. Renting bikes is also a nice touch to enjoy the many shady walkways across the island. The island is extremely hot and humid during July.

Great Location

Had a wonderful week. Easy walk to beach- easy to cross street with beach gear and easy walk to beach. Villa was perfect for a family of 7.

Great place!

Very happy with this rental! Would definitely stay again. Check in was easy. Beach was close. Condo was just as described. We enjoyed watching the turtles. Great all around!

Perfect for our family with teens

2 adults, 4 teens. 6 nights. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Not quite enough toilet paper so we did have to buy some extra second half of the trip. Bathrooms each had two hotel sized bars of soap, no other lotions or shampoos, so pack your own if you arrive late. We did go to the grocery next morning to get larger bars of soap as the minis were not enough. Kitchen had dishwasher soap, enough to run 2 loads, which was plenty for us. Coffee maker and filters provided. Hairdryer in master bath. Linens: plenty of kitchen linens. Bath: one set of 2 towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth was provided per person. Laundry is outside the apartment, in a closet, and is coin-op, $1 washer, $1 dryer. We didn’t use them so don’t know how they worked. Location is great; 10 min walk to beach. 10-15 min walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals very close. Apartment complex was very quiet. Very secure. Property managers were very nice, called us when we were on the way to help us with the late checkin process. We did get a call from them mid-week because someone had complained about our hanging towels on our balcony railing. Evidently that is a no-no, but it’s our fault for not reading the rules, which we found later hanging on the wall by the front door. Oops 🤷‍♀️

The walk to the beach is a little long especially when you are taking two small children, but not a deal breaker. Our 1st floor condo gave us great access to the pool area!The room had an update since our last visit with new floors and a remodeled kitchen. We enjoyed our visit very much and we will return!

Everything was perfect.

Additional seating in the living room would be nice. My daughter enjoyed feeding the turtles in the moat. Also enjoyed the tennis courts. Beach chairs was a plus!

Had a wonderful stay!

The property was as it was described. It was close to everything, that we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. There were beach chairs, noodles, etc available for us to use that was not mentioned so it was a nice surprise....

Xanadu villas

We were pleased with our stay..condo was a good size for our family of 7 and clean and comfortable. Beds slept great ! The kids liked feeding the turtles in the moat. We were very close to the pool and tennis court and a laundry room was right beside our condo. I would have loved if the beach walk was a little shorter but the access was relatively close. We were close to groceries, restaurants, and park, and shopping, so it was very convenient. It was a nice place.
