Sweet getaway

I loved this place! Conveniently close to all your needs but most importantly close to all beautiful beaches! Rental fully stocked with all necessities! Towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. Small details like having charging stations, beach towels, beach chairs, wave boards and first aid kit made a big difference. Host was very responsive with all my questions. This place felt safe. Will come again!

Smoke Smell!

The unit smelled like cigarette smoke. Lucky, we are local and only was planning on staying one night. We couldn’t sleep with the smell and had to drive back home. Gave a one star rating for cleanliness, based on the smell. Other than that, the unit was good.

Great place

There was 3 of us staying in this condo (including a 2.5 y/o). This place was amazing. They were very responsive with any questions I had during my stay. They would respond within minutes sometimes. They thought of every single detail! The place was very clean and accommodating. They even had several toys for our son to play with outside. They had bikes and other beach supplies that we could use. I could have not asked for a better host. The only difficult decision I had to make was what shower head I was going to use. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone coming to St. Pete Beach!

Ok property

First off, my biggest compliment is the price with all the fees (which were a lot) wasn't worth it. I feel like we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for the price per night after all the fees were added. The property was a little run down. The front door handle fell off twice during our stay for example. The bathroom door is a barn door with a gap so no privacy at all. There were some other small things that made it overall not the best for the price. The

This unit was adorable. So clean and welcoming. The outside was private and clean. We sat out there in courtyard and met some new friends. Fun, cute place. Will go back.

Perfect, private location close to the beach

Stayed with my entire family for several days and was very impressed. The gated backyard was the perfect place to relax with my morning coffee, we had dinner at the picnic table out back and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the play area. Would recommend!

We had a good stay at this property. There was a cute courtyard and we were walking distance to restaurants and a close drive to the beach. We felt that it wasn’t quite as pictured and the cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Had a great weekend at this location. The vrbo was conveniently located and was perfect for the weekend. We had a few issues trying to figure out the AC and the TV but those were minor issues. Would easily stay here again!!

We loved the Beach House

Loved being able to spend a few days at St. PETE BEACH. It was our fist time visiting the west coast of FL. But we very much loved our experience there. The Beach House was well kept.. very clean and very comfy for our family of 6. The kids loved having a yard to run and play. We as parents loved that there was gates that kept it private and protected. We will definitely recomend to our family and friends. Booking process was very easy and the responds from our host was always quick. Looking forward to visiting again.

Night before wedding stay!

Me and three of my bridesmaids really enjoyed Shaun’s place! It’s such a cute little spot (perfect for some Instagram pics) and it was the perfect size for us four- we stayed at the Beach Please room. We ate at the food truck the night before which is conveniently right next door and it was tasty. Shaun was nice enough to accommodate us with late check out so we were able to get our hair & makeup done the next morning before my wedding!! I would definitely stay here again!

decent place but not quite the location I had envisioned by the description. The beds were very uncomfortable and there is only 1 tv in the unit. We left early because we couldn't sleep on the beds. Did like the outdoor shower and the kitchen though.

We had a great time!! 5 minute drive to either treasure island beach (my favorite) or st. Pete beach! Private, quiet location with an excellent brewery and food truck right next door!! Highly recommend this property!!!

Coronavirus vacation

Due to the world situation my trip was not as I hoped it would be as restaurants closed early. This St. Pete Beach apartment is very nice. Exactly as pictured. Neat, clean. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Would not have second thoughts about staying there again.
