This updated 2BR vacation condo is within a 3-minute walk of postcard-perfect St. Petersburg beaches. Enjoy your stay in the popular Waves complex, offering a heated pool and outdoor lounge. Bonus: a pool chiller provides a refreshing and enjoyable experience during the summer months.

Inside, the condo is freshly renovated with all-new furnishings and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

Find landmark seafood restaurants dotted along the white sands of St Petersburg Beach and art museums galore nearby.

INSIDE THE CONDO

An inviting tiled open-concept living area features a comfy couch and love seat arranged around a 50' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Newly updated throughout, the kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker to get your morning started right. Adjacent, a cozy dining nook has a wooden dining table for four and casual bar seating for two.

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and wall-mounted TV. In the second bedroom a large window spills light over two twin beds. The well-appointed bathroom holds an elegant river stone tub/shower combo.

A comfortable queen-size air mattress offers space for additional guests.

The complex offers a heated pool, sun loungers, and a grilling area with charcoal grill. A game room features a nice spot to watch TV or gather with friends.

Extra perks at your rental include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and reserved parking for two cars (parked in tandem) in the outdoor lot.

Please note that the owner of this rental is allergic to dogs and cats. No pets are allowed on-site.

THE LOCATION

Just a 3-minute stroll from St. Petersburg Beach, you can rent a sun shelter and stretch out on the sand or take a dip in the sparkling water. Keep your eyes open for dolphins frolicking offshore

Great stay

We loved our stay here. Close walking distance to the beach. Quiet little area. All the amenities one could need. Great pool. We will definitely be back.

The window blind fell and hit my daughter in arm, needs to be more secure. Could have hurt a small child. Twin bed room , we got it hung back up. Was a nice unit enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach getaway

The unit was clean and well stocked for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and even a wagon to carry all the stuff. It was a 3-4 block walk to the beach which wasn’t bad bc of the wagon. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream options within walking distance. Would recommend

Great stay

The location and stay were great. The only thing that could use improvement were regarding details about arrival and departure (we received conflicting information in emails) and the light in the condo at night made it difficult to sleep. The place could use better shades or drapes to mitigate the light.The place was great and location was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised

The unit was great, clean and roomy. We were pleasantly surprised by all the beach equipment. They provided umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, coolers, everything we needed for the beach.

Great location! Building was pretty quiet for our stay. Walking distance to Upham Beach made it great for a beach day and to come back later and watch the sunset. Whole place was clean and cozy. The bed was too stiff for my liking. Aside from that, everything else was great

Long weekend

We were very happy with our stay here. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Clean, very comfortable beds, nice pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay In Florida

Everything we needed and more! Close to the beach, fully stocked with coffee pot and all the kitchen essentials, very clean, easy for Uber drivers - pick up and drop offs, great bed, had beach towels and chairs, it was perfect for our long weekend!

Excellent vacation property for adults and kids!

My family and I are very pleased with the condo we rented. The location was excellent. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this unit to any readers, family and friends. We will definitely be coming back for an additional stay.

Great vacation condo

Great location with close proximity to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores incase you don't want to eat out. Plenty of beach stuff in he condo so you don't have to bring a lot. Turnkey staff are friendly and great!

Returning vacationer!

My husband and I have stayed several times in this rental. It is clean and well maintained. It is decorated beautifully. It is in a great location. The owners are wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. We will be returning in the summer with our 3 kids.

We checked on Monday January 2nd 2017 and stayed in our unit till January 13nth. It was nothing but impressive beds were very comfortable place was clean and had all the enemities that you need. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful Area, Great Condo

Just stayed at this condo with my family to attend a wedding and found it to be perfect. The unit was clean and offered everything we needed from beach towels to coolers for the beach as well as a washer and dryer along with an iron (which was handy for the wedding wear). It was a close walk the beach and to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend and would book again.
