December 2023 Family Trip
We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay in this large property. It is located alongside the river so is very easy to get to the old part for the market and also to get to Centro. The garden and pool were a great spot to relax. The owners were quick to communicate and were onsite which was helpful. The property was quiet but we did hear some noise at night from the river walkway. Overall we would stay here again.

We purchased the house, Casa Cupula, in 2016 because it was an excellent location and the huge lot would allow for adding a small apartment building to the same lot. The apartments, Riverway, were built during the summer of 2017. Our guests typically walk in to the court yard and are in awe of how beautiful the pool area is.
We are close to everything. Our location between highway 200 and the beach allows for accessing a taxi or bus within 2 minutes walk or accessing the beach within 2 minutes walk. It is a short 4 minute walk to the center of old town Bucerias. We are down on the flat area so there is no need to be hiking up and down the hill further south of us.
