Furnished, new construction 2-bedroom 1-bath modern farmhouse in Woodriver Village. Three minute walk to the Deschutes River Trail and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Old Mill District. Off street parking, washer/dryer in unit, beautifully furnished. All utilities included including air conditioning, wifi and cable TV. Large parcel of land in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and deer seen roaming the property regularly. 30 Day Minimum Rental, looking for month to month renter through Spring 2020. No Pets.
