About this property

Sun City is a place of cleanliness and friendliness, a wide variety of interests and activities, an ideal adult community where all residents can be as active as they wish. Located in Sun City’s Quail Run you’ll be close to the 101 Loop, and a short 10 minutes from Arrowhead Mall, theaters, dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex, which is the Cactus League spring training home of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. A short distance beyond is the University of Phoenix Stadium, the home of our hometown Phoenix Cardinals and the recently chosen location of the 2015 Super Bowl.

Twenty minutes west is Surprise Stadium, spring training home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. Phoenix International Raceway, the home of Phoenix’s NASCAR races, is thirty minutes to the south, while Scottsdale with its great shopping, golf, classic car auctions, art galleries and the renowned Mayo Clinic is thirty minutes to our east.

For a small additional fee, guests can purchase a Sun City Recreation Centers Privilege Card that will provide you with discounted play at Sun City’s eight golf courses (5 regulation and 3 executive courses), as well as our two bowling alleys. With the card you also get unlimited access to all seven of Sun City’s Recreation Centers, swimming pools (one of them indoors) and hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis, racquet ball, ))d ball, table tennis, shuffle board, miniature golf, boating and fishing, lawn bowl and more.

Sun city is an age-restricted community. One guest must be 55 years or older. Children and small pets welcome.

Fun in the Sun

Great place, felt at home .Plenty to do and a very nice neighborhood which made us feel safe to go on walks.The host and the handyman were very easy to contact.We loved it there so Thank You for having us.
