This adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage at Carolina Beach will not disappoint! As soon as you walk in the door, it's like being transported back in time when life was simpler. Yes Dear is an oceanfront home located about 1.5 miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk on the north end of Carolina Beach, about 3 blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier. There are also numerous restaurants nearby!

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need during your beach vacation. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen, while the third bedroom has two twins. There is a guest bathroom that is accessible through the hallway by the two guest bedrooms. The dining table has seating for six. There are no washer or dryer here but there is a laundromat on the Island if doing laundry is a must.

Off season perfeco

We enjoyed the quiet side of Carolina Beach and surrounding area during the off season. Yes Dear is a lovely beach cottage with nicely appointed decorations. The deck is a plus! I would definitely return 😀

Great Place

The house was just fine, but we did not read carefully enough to see that the house did not have a washer and dryer. Not their fault, but it would be a nice convience to add. Also the guest shower did not work. I did not call them because we did not want anyone working there while on vacation if we could help it. I let the property manger know after our stay. I think this would be a great place to stay again for a short stay.

Exceptionally clean older cottage with welll equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee from the beautiful morning view from deck.

Summer Beach Trip

Fabulous classic beach cottage. Lots of charm. Right on the beach. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We enjoyed lunches and evenings eating on the deck that overlooks the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Would definitely stay here again!
