House was nice however it was not clean and it had several broken things. I wanted till call when I checked in but the office was closed and they only wanted calls that were a emergency. I called the next morning they said a work order would be created. Unfortunately No one should up to fix the issue and I was not contacted and we did not get a call. I hope that I receive compensation as it will determine if I stay with you guys again. I also reach out to the person that was my direct contact. He told me to call the 800 number and press 3.

Family vacation 2021

My family really enjoyed the home and pool. The rooms, beds and TV's was great and very clean The only issue we had was the neighbors was blasting their music for two days. When asked to turn it down some they refused. The music was so loud we couldn't enjoy the pool area Saturday and Sunday. The neighbors left Monday morning so we was able to enjoy the pool area and have a very nice time. Nothing against the property or the owner, you never know who your neighbors will be. I will be renting another home for my birthday.
