Heated pool and hot tub on property. Walking distance to Leadbetter beach, Shoreline Park, and Santa Barbara harbor. This is a quiet condo community ideal for older couples or small families.

30 Day Minimum Stay per Condo HOA Rules. No pets. No smoking of any kind in the unit or on the property.

Internet, WiFi, phone, internet connected LCD TVs, and basic Hulu subscription. Initial supply of paper products, laundry detergent, etc. provided.

Payment in full required at booking for 1 month stays. For longer stays, please inquire about a multiple payment schedule.
