Entire home is south facing lots of sun, lots of privacy.

LOVE this property. Great location. Very spacious home with a fabulous bedroom/adjacent porch on the top floor with beautifilul views. Jill is a very gracious host. She is attentive and responsive to questions. And she cares about the comfort of her guests . The property was immaculate. Lovely porch off the kitchen for dining. Cool garage door in the living room that opens to a lovely back yard. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. This house checks all the boxes for a fabulous stay in Santa Barbara.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, actually grew up in this house that I refer to as 'The Compound' . I own a restaurant in town called Jill' s Place, a favorite with locals and tourist, a place that staff know your name.
I live on the property in detached part of the house with separate entrance, I'm here if you need me otherwise you will never see me!
