Loved our stay. Very clean, quiet, 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants within 10 min walk. Plenty of space for family of four. Would love to stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk to beach, and restaurants. Quiet area and the place had everything we needed. We did bring our own beach chairs, and beach towels as requested from the host. The place was very clean and comfortable bed. We went when we had a heat wave, so the window air did cool the place down and the ceiling fan in the bedroom helped circulate the air.

Great location! We won't stay anywhere else when returning to Santa Barbara due to its proximity to the Funk Zone and the water. Located in a very nice neighborhood that made for easy walking. We also found it very quiet during our stay.

I travel for business to Santa Barbara a few times a year and this was the perfect place for me! Clean, great location and all the ameneties I needed for my stay. I was worred about the parking but I had no issues finding a spot each day. I would for sure stay here again.
