This romantic getaway allows you to leisurely walk to the harbor, the pier, restaurants, wine tasting or just spend your time relaxing. We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The Condo:
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private cottage, and is best suited for 2 adults with small children or 3 adults max. There are two regular size sofas in the living room. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table with four chairs and an outdoor sofa. A wonderful spot where you can eat alfresco, just relax, or work from your computer. A large skylight window inside drenches the interior with sunlight and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have hardwood flooring throughout. It also has its own private washer and dryer.
