The kitchen and laundry were set up well. You could cook just about anything. The grill worked well. The Lanai was nice in the mornings and evenings. Would stay here again if we get to come back to Kauai.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The home has everything a family needs and is so clean, welcoming and in a perfect location. Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Property was very clean, beds were comfortable (my personal preference is firm, this one was soft), kitchen was fully functional, great location, calm & quit, close to beach. restaurants within 1.5 miles, driving in and out was easy.

We spent four days on a family vacation. Perfect location, the home was extremely well equipped, everything worked, and it was very clean. We had a very comfortable family vacation. OUTSTANDING!

Mark and Nancy were spot on with all communications in regards to our visit, including instructions for property access. This was a first during the 3 times we have rented via VRBO. House was spotless, with everything well maintained. Definitely would recommend staying there if traveling to the south side of Kauai.

Perfect location!

This house is walking distance to the beaches and hosts have provided all that is needed for fun filled days including boards, umbrella, chairs, etc. Property was clean with very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, we appreciated the extra towels. Very comfortable beds. Would love to return to this place!

Wonderful spot in Poipu

We (couple toddler) spent nine nights here, and wouldn't have changed a thing. The house was literally a four-minute walk from the water, which was great for letting our kid get his wiggles out multiple times a day. In addition to being squeaky clean, the house seemingly had everything we needed for cooking at home, comfortable trips to the beach, and day trips to the other side of the island. Will be recommending to our friends/parents for future trips to Kauai.

Wonderful place to stay near PoiPu Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and Mark & Nancy were very responsive to our questions. The house was VERY well equipped!! The beach wagon, chairs, towels and boogie boards were great to have! Highly recommend this place for your next visit to the south shore of Kaua’i

Great Spot

Really enjoyed our stay at Nanea Kai. The property is very well equipped with everything you'd need. The location allows a very easy walk to the beach and even shorter stroll to the rocky coast to enjoy the views (including humpbacks off-shore!). Despite being in a densely-built area, there was a surprising amount of privacy, and the balcony was a great spot to hang out in the breeze.
