Our fulltime maintenance and housekeeping are available 7-days a week, including afterhours, to address such problems promptly. The overlooked housekeeping items could have been immediately addressed if you would have let us know, but nothing was reported to us until receiving this review. For guest’s convenience, our office is open 6-days a week, additionally, for ease of communication, the Sea Star Realty site features Live Chat for real-time correspondence with one of our staff members, plus we have an afterhours answering service. All our rental properties are on a routine professional pest control program, with retreatments available any time needed and/or requested by a guest. We had our licensed, professional pest control provider inspect the home for bed bugs, but none were found. It is our mission to ensure our guests have the best, most comfortable vacation experience possible.
