Unit 349 at Summerhouse is a comfortable 2-bedroom/2-bath Oceanview Flat. This updated ground-floor end unit provides a very short walk to the beach and pool from the patio sliding glass doors.The end-unit location provides direct access from the patio to the pool/beach walkway. Patio furniture with seating for four, allows you to hang out on the patio while the kids (and adults) play games in the common area or swim in the pool. The unit includes tile in the common areas and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. The living room features ample seating, including a comfortable leather queen sleeper-sofa, a 50- in. flat screen LED TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The dining room includes a table and chairs with seating for six. The kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils you might need. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The extra firm king size mattress has been upgraded with a cooling gel-infused foam mattress topper for added comfort. Kids will enjoy the colorfully decorated second bedroom with two twin beds. The unit is well stocked with books, games, puzzles and children's videos, plus there are lots of hooks for hanging all your things. The unit also includes a washer/dryer and internet access.

Was well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, etc. be sure to bring your own paper products (tp, paper towels, napkins garbage bags) and cleaning detergents as there are none in unit. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

The fridge froze our veggies, the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes well at all. Pots are nonstick and all scratched.

The condo grounds are kept up very nicely, along with the pool, which is very conveniently located no matter which condo unit you rent. It is the same for the beach as you are literally just steps away from the ocean. This unit is actually nicer than the pictures show. The unit was very clean when we entered, so kudos to the cleaning crew. There are new couches that are very comfortable. I do have to say, that I found the master king bed VERY hard and when I finally got used to it, it was pretty much time to leave. I would bring an air mattress just in case you are like me and are bed sensitive. My husband had no problems sleeping at all. Also, there was very little dish soap, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no paper towels. Despite the bed and paper products, I would definitely stay in this condo again, which is a corner unit on the first floor.

Wonderful Week

Since this is an end unit, it has an extra window which is great for added natural light and seems a little larger than other flats. We love the easy access to both the pool and the beach. Parking outside the back of the unit is a bonus, also.
