Este condominio cuenta con una increíble vista sin obstáculos del océano y la playa. Se enfrenta directamente al océano para que pueda ver el océano desde su sofá. Esta es una casa de dos dormitorios y 2. 5 baños que ingresa en el segundo piso con el tercer piso donde se encuentran las habitaciones. Hay tres televisores grandes de pantalla plana. Ventiladores de techo en salón y dos dormitorios. Moqueta en todas partes excepto en la cocina y baños. Rey, dos gemelos y un sofá cama. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

The kitchen has many silverware items and plates. They have one of each, needed cooking item. They didn’t have paper towels to start. There were a number of bulbs burned-out: all of the guest room, one working in main BR, 2 out in bath and one out in kitchen!! There were 2 spare bulbs in pantry. The cleaning crew should catch this, not the guest.

Very soothing color choices and in excellent condition. The location is perfect - close to a pool and beach access. The view was amazing. Thank you so very much!

Great View/Maintenance Needed

The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day. Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
