New Townhome 5BD 4.5BT Pool, Windsor at Westside,14 min to Disney

This is a brand new 2-story townhouse that accommodates 12 people comfortably in 5 luxurious bedrooms or up to 14 people when utilizing the sofa bed located in the upstairs loft. This house hasn't been rented for the past14 months, and so it's clean and tidy.
There are 7 smart Samsung TVs throughout the house, 4 fitted with the digital cable that has over 70 channels. The second floor's main TV is even connected to a PlayStation4 with many games installed for your enjoyment, all free of charge!
On the first floor you will also find a lovely dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for you to flex your cooking skills.
Our large covered pool area, which can be heated on request with extra charge, it offers luxurious relaxation any time of the day.
Situated at Windsor at Westside Resort where the closest Disney World is only 12 min by drive, it is perfect for families going on vacations and couples looking to create some wonderful memories. The resort entrance gate is about 3 minutes walk from the house and 24-hours 7-Eleven outside the resort is 6 minutes walk from the house.
On top of all this, as our guest, you'll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse. Just 8 minutes walk from the house to the club (refer photos and YouTube link) . The club has tiki bar, fitness center, kids playground, sundry shop and video arcade. Excellent vacation with family

We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 families ( 6 adults and 6 kids). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool at the house and we spent one day at the community pool that they also enjoyed. The teenagers loved getting to use the PlayStation. Each family had enough room and we loved the king beds and the kids loved the themed rooms. The location was close to everything and we felt very safe with all the security. The linens and towels were all clean. The host was very responsive to us during our stay and helped us get everything we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Far nicer than the pictures

The 8918 property was everything that was described in the booking process and more. This property is exceptional! The booking process was very direct and the online tools were flawless via HomeAway. com. The owner responded to all of my preliminary questions as well as my questions while occupying the property. One response was even a personal response over the phone. So this is a new property in a new subdivision and new owners. The subdivision is very accessible with plenty of parking. The property was exceptionally clean. The bed linens were fresh and clean, the bath, hand and face towels were fresh and clean, all the pillows were fresh and clean. Those of you that travel a lot know how important this is. And it did not stop there...the housekeeping staff of this property is just outstanding. The kitchen plates, glasses, flatware etc were very clean and very accessible. We had two mobility impaired members in our group and they had to share the downstairs bedroom and bath. The is a queen size bed, but they were able to make it work. The only problem related to accessibility is from the sidewalk to the front door there are four or five steps with no hand rail. The stairs also will prevent wheelchair guest from entering the property. Take a good look at the great pictures posted with the description of the property. Its all true...what you see in the pictures is what you will experience at the property. I must warn you....being there is far nicer than the pictures. The kitchen, family room and dining area are very very spacious. We had ten in our party and another three family members dropped over to visit. Everyone was comfortable and the environment was very engaging. The only recommendation that I have for this area is the addition of a nice sound bar to the TV. We watched both NCAA playoff games and the effects of a great sound bar is what was missing. Oh yeah...the entire rear wall of the unit is a sliding glass door, but there is a normal door there as well so you will never need the sliding door. The private pool is small, but visible from the family room and includes a safety screen. Kudos to the architect and builder of this property. Its well thought out, but HI-5 to the owner for the very thoughtful selection of furniture and fixings. The space is well used and very accommodating. Great lighting, comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms upstairs. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay. We will return.

I would never rent from this owner ever again! Horrible experience with this owner.

Before I could even step foot out of the car we just parked in front of the home, the owner was already in my face asking questions like how many people are staying in the house, if you have extra cars you have to pay $50 extra. Immediately, I reached for my mask and put it on because the owner acted like we are not in a pandemic by being so close to my face. So right off the gate, she just made our trip start awful. There was no welcome to my home or a nice pleasantries. And once I finally got out the car, the owner proceeded to tell me that they will walk us through the home like we’ve never been in a house before or something. Then once inside she started ranting about do not mess up her home because the last people they rented to destroyed the home. This immediately gave me prejudicial vibes due to her approach from the jump. I’m on a family trip to Disneyworld with my parents and siblings and infant niece. Do we look like we are going to rage all over your home and destroy it? We are not animals that have never had anything in life. We live in homes as well and take care of them and are civilized people. The owner then proceeded to show us around the home giving us directions on how to use things in the house like we have never used a microwave before. They pointed to the microwave instructions saying here are the instructions like we don’t live with microwaves. My brother in law said we know how to use a microwave thanks. After she left, my family and I were so stunned at what just occurred and how awful that experience. It put a damper on the start of our trip. About 2 hours later, the owner called the house phone saying they need to come back to the house to get the shampoo/conditioner they left in one of the bathrooms. At this point, we all saw through this ruse. It was just a way to get in the house to see if we were trashing the home. The owner apparently has a wonky AC/central air unit so we could not change the temperature from their settings 72-74 degrees or else the unit would stop working and we would have to pay for it to get it fixed. Mind you this is Florida humidity so we couldn’t even sleep well cus it was hot. The house was not cleaned very well. One of the bathtubs upstairs had hair in it. The house was dusty and the blanket in the room I slept on had some sort of sticky stain on it. If you are going to treat people like this because of a prior bad experience, you should not rent out your home!

This guest requested to check in at 2:00pm earlier than house rule 4:00pm while one of the owners was still working on house cleaning. I did favor and that's why shampoo/conditioner left there. When the owner saw about 10 guests arrived by one van, she recalled the guests other 4 car drivers' entry permit requests for parking inside community. The past extra guests experience was so horrible, so the owner remind the house rule about the extra guest and taking them through the house friendly. The community security system kept historical record about guest cars entered into this community. The owner offered them to use the grill and swimming pool toys free of charge. The guests were happy to use the grill but they left grill in the storm. The latch on the back door was broken. The carpet was stained, the gloves were missing and two plastic pots were stained (chemistry reaction). Management office took pictures and charge us for extra fee to clean, repair and replacement. When we raised the insurance claim (guest doesn't need to pay extra) ,we honestly informed the guests for their awareness. The owner has the rights to express the booking rules and claim any damages during the guests stay.
