Great stay

We stayed here to ski at Deer Valley. Very convenient location as shuttle was right outside and 15 min walk to restaurants on Main Street. House is a bit dated with furniture/upholstery etc but did the job. Overall had a great stay.

Great location and lovely condo. Well set up, although a little sugar, salt, pepper, etc would have been nice. Also the top floor gets roasted while entry way is frigid.

The condo is super clean & well located to not only downtown Park City but also to DV Resort. The free bus service offered by the town is efficient and stops right in front of this complex. Parking is easy/convenient too as the garage for one car is within the unit. A remote garage door opener was provided. The condo is super vertical: ground floor there is room to put ski gear/wash-dry clothes/lobby. First floor contains the LR/DR/kitchen, gas fireplace. Second floor has one bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. Third floor has a nice size king bed with gas FP, nice size closet/bathroom with double sinks/jacuzzi. VACASA agents were very pleasant and available to deal with our request to install additional carbon monoxide detectors and another TV control system in the largest bedroom. They were very efficient. The only challenge we had was sleeping on the top floor due to heat rising as there is not a central HVAC system within this condo. We compensated by leaving top floor windows open at night and using the provided fans in that area but it was not ideal. I would recommend the owners make the splurge in installing a whole house HVAC system including AC or at the very least, install a couple of ceiling fans in the top floor bedroom so that the temp of the air and dryness is distributed evenly throughout the living space. Lastly, the condo needs placemats for dining as well as pepper in the kitchen. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great, first visit.

Ripoff. Find someplace better.

Dwelling needs to be cleaned and repaired. Upon arrival the washer/dryer unit was broken, garage door opener was broken, many outlets were loose, lamps were broken, and fireplace was hot the entire time and unsafe for children. The entire unit was filthy, the couch smelled like cat urine, and all the chairs smelled. The unit says pet free but my husbands severe cat allergy was acting up the whole time. The unit was so bad that we left after only two nights, ending our stay early. In the end, management was very unhelpful. A qualified repairmen was never sent, nothing fixed, and we were charged for a six-day stay in stead of a two-day stay. Overall a terrible experience.

Not the best rental in Deer Valley by far

I guess you get what you paid for, but we were generally pretty disappointed in this property. First of all, when we arrived, the garbage disposal didn't work, and we had to call Vacasa three separate times, and it took them 3 days before someone finally came out to fix it. That really wasn't acceptable in my book. Second, the property isn't all that well kept up, and is looking tired and worn out. The hose in the sink was broken, the furniture looks tired. Third, when we arrived the master bedroom was 85 degrees (when it was 70 outside), after a very difficult and hot night, the next morning we realized that the fireplace was absolutely radiating heat! Turns out the pilot light was generating enough heat to make the entire stone fireplace red hot, and that was heating the room. Finally, the house isn't nearly as well equipped as other rentals we have rented in Park City. Overall, a lackluster stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Great location, lovely place to stay for skiing!

Really great spot to stay for skiing. So close to Deer Valley and to town, comfy beds, kids loved building a snowman in the yard. Nice and clean and logistics were easy - would totally stay again!

Enjoyed the stay.. location was great. only issue with condo was heat upstairs was not able to control . very hot. the issue was no way to turn off upstairs fire place you could turn of with switch but remained on. such as a pilot light etc. not sure but heat was always coming out off. It is a obvious issue has the owners has placed a upstairs portable AC. but that did not help very much. other than that issue. all else was very good.

Great condo for Deer Valley skiing

We stayed in this condo the week between Christmas and New Years. It was a great location for skiing - the bus stop for the free city bus is right outside. We even walked home from Deer Valley a few days. It is easy to walk to Main Street or take the bus. The condo is on 3.5 levels. This let our family space out in the condo but it did mean climbing stairs a lot. Overall I would highly recommend the property.

Comfortable Condo

We had a nice stay at Foxglove #7. Great location for us, about a 10 min walk to Park City main street and the shuttle stops right out front of the condo units. Clean and comfortable unit with the two rooms on different floors which was good for the family. The master bedroom and bath is nicely done. Nice to have a small yard in the back to sit. We would stay here again.

Comfortable with just a few points to consider

Pluses: Comfortable beds, oven heats up very quickly. Nice furnishings just as pictured. Had coffee filters and S&P. Knives were sharp. Great TVs. Tub very comfortable. Management was very responsive. Negatives: Not enough hot water for three consecutive showers. Coffee pot consistently overfills leaving grounds in the pot. The humongous SUV we rented just barely fit in the garage but the driver had to climb out the back! So we parked outside and hoped that was okay with the neighbors. Most disappointing was the jetted tub because the aeration pipes must be caked with whatever black bits came off and floated around the tub when the jets came on. Management got someone in the next day to flush it. They didn’t recheck it after cleaning, because it still had black bits coming out. We flushed it 4 times. Not resolved. Management had someone come right out in the evening and he worked at it a long time with various cleaning solutions. Much better but still got a few black pieces. Nevertheless the tub was very relaxing after a long day of skiing.

Beautiful stay right down the street from Main Street which is full of shopping restaurants and bars . And the slopes aren’t much farther . We enjoyed our stay in park city

Great location, perfect fit for a family of 4

We had a wonderful stay at Foxglove #7. We were skiing at Deer Valley so the location a half mile from the Snow Park Lodge and a half mile from Old Town Park City was perfect for us. The house was cozy and a great fit for our family of four. The kids enjoyed having their own room and the master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Our only complaints were that the garage was very small (our small SUV barely fit and we had to exit the car before my husband parked it in the garage) and the entry-level space was extremely cold. Overall it was a great house for our family.
