Perfect for any occasion

Perfect location cabin is beautiful . Rental company was a great help answered in less the 5 mins to all emails. I even left my lap top and they were speedy to get it back to me. Book you want regret

Images are not as they appear

The cabin itself is just as described and very nice. It suited our family if 8 just fine. HOWEVER the pictures listed in description as “view from cabin”are NOT current. There is no view whatsoever except of the other 12 cabins you can see from this one at this moment, I’m guessing more will be squeezed in. There was construction going on directly across from us with a lovely dumpster view from the front door along with construction directly behind. There were saws and generators going from 8 in the morning until 9 at night. There was absolutely no way we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful amenities shown in the pictures. Very disappointed, we we’re looking forward to relaxing evenings enjoying the outside dinner table and community areas. It was impossible to enjoy any time outside.

Worst Cabin Trip!

During our stay, we had to change cabins because there was construction going on directly in front of us and works and their vehicles in our driveway. A maintenance worker was also inside the cabin when we arrived at 5pm that we were not aware of due to a broken dishwasher. We were not aware of any of these circumstances going on, so we requested something else that was comparable. At our second cabin, we had equally stressful issues due to inconsistent cell service and no cable or television because the owners had removed the boxes a week prior to our stay. They were “planning” on changing all television to Rokus but hadn’t switched before we arrived. So, we called maintenance and ended up getting the rokus on all tvs at about 3:30 pm on Saturday when we were supposed leave Sunday morning. All in all, our stay consisted mostly of trying to fix issues the majority of the time. Finally, we were able to relax Saturday evening, but unfortunately we had to leave the next morning. This was unfortunate as it was mine and my friend’s first time leave our daughters under 1. We were hoping to relax with our husbands and other friends this weekend, but sadly was quite the opposite. We will never rent here again. And, the customer service was less than accommodating in trying to make us comfortable during this stay but tried to “bribe” us with tickets to attractions close by even though our goal was to relax and just hang out at the cabin. I would greatly NOT recommend this company for rentals.

Hello Hollie, I apologize for the inconveniences you had during your stay that's never our intention. However to accomidate you upon your arrival we were able to move you to a comparable cabin due to the construction and dishwasher not working. We also had maintenance at the cabin Saturday morning to fix the TV's and no one came to the door, so unfortunately we had to leave and come back another time. I hope you can understand and Thank you again for staying with us.

Cleanliness & Internet Issues

We found Jacuzzi was not clean at all. We called the property manager about this , but nothing was done about it. Alsonour internet was issue too. It was very slow and didn't work properly.

Accommodations and location were excellent.

Beautifull cabin! Hard to find a cabin with (4) King beds with its own bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. The WiFi was not very good as well as the streaming for watching TV in that awesome theatre room. The movie we were trying to watch, kept timing out/buffering every 5-10 minutes, so we gave up on watching any movies.

Gorgeous cabin and location.

Cabin was just as advertised. Unfortunately, There was a wild fire that required us to evacuate on the second day. We were at Dollywood when we received the notice and had to rent hotel rooms without any of our belongings. Fortunately, we were able to get back into the cabin after the third day to find it still standing, but fire destroyed two cabins down the street and caused some smoke issues with our belongings. If not for this, the place was fantastic.

Beautiful Cabin on top of the Mountain!

Within about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg at the top of a mountain! The view was absolutely beautiful!!
