Kick App View is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and boasts layered long-range views and an amazing view of Grandfather Mountain. Kick App View sleeps eight (8) guests in 4 bedrooms- all of which have a King or Queen bed, plus a Pack-N-Play crib should you need it. Central heat and air provide year-round comfort, or open the large glass doors in the main living area and enjoy the mountain breeze. The main level boasts an Open Concept Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Comfortable leather furniture frames a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs, providing ambiance at the touch of a button. Kick App View has a wall of glass doors providing an abundance of natural light and opening to a deck offering long-range mountain views no matter the season. Six can sit comfortably at the dining table plus two more at the kitchen counter-height bar top so eight guests can all dine together. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and a gas range. The upper deck with its view of Grandfather Mountain has outdoor table seating and an easy-to-operate gas grill. An attached screened porch adjoins the deck with seating for six where guests can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The King Master Suite, located on the main level of the home, has sliding glass doors that enjoy the view and open to the screened porch. The King Master Suite has an HDTV and a private ensuite bathroom with granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. There are additional Queen bedrooms on the main level, each with an HDTV. One has French Doors opening to the deck and mountain views. There is a full hallway bathroom between the two Queen Bedrooms.

The lower level offers even more living and entertaining space with a fun family room. You'll find a desk station in the lower level perfect for remote working with internet access. Enjoy the leather furniture, stone fireplace, HDTV, and a fully equipped Wet Bar with Mini Fridge, microwave, cooktop, and coffee station. You'll also find a Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, access to the new Hot Tub, and a chest filled with table games. The fourth bedroom, a generous King Suite, is located on this level and has an HDTV and a full bath with tub/shower combo. The lower deck looks out over long-range mountain views and has additional table seating.

Kick App View is centrally located in the High Country in the town of Seven Devils, only one mile from Hawks Nest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines Resort, Otter Falls and Otter Falls Trail (.6 mile hike to the Falls- round trip 1.2 miles), Seven Devils Town Park with playground, tennis, picnic area, and more!. Blowing Rock and Boone are both within 11 miles of Kick App View, and the town of Banner Elk is only 8 miles away. The village of Valle Crucis, its riverfront park, and the original historic Mast General Store are less than 10 miles away. The Watauga River, Elk River, and New River with rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and tubing are close enough for a fun day trip, as is Watauga Lake, with pontoon boats available to rent. Linville Falls, The Linville Winery, and Linville Caverns are also only about 20 miles away.
