LIVING AREAS
Relax in style with a beautifully appointed living room and downstairs lounge, each with 50” and 60” HD TVs and cozy coastal furnishings. Kick back with family and friends in our spacious dining room with gorgeous skylights and views of the ocean`s crystal blue waters right from your family room. After dinner, take a dip in the ocean and come back home to dry off under the stars in our backyard oasis that features a full-size bocce ball court, BBQ grill, large outdoor dining table, a hammock, loungers, fire pit, ping pong, and an outdoor TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
With an open-concept kitchen and dining area, create family meals in a state of the art kitchen next to the dining room with ample amounts of seating. A chef’s dream awaits with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a large tub sink to please the hungry beach setters this vacation. Our home also features a kitchenette on the main floor for quick eating and packing for the beach.


BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-level home sleeps 16 guests comfortably with five bedrooms and four bathrooms and a combination of two kings, two queens, single and double bunk beds all equipped with 4K HD TVs. The main floor offers a private getaway suite including a king size bed, daybed with trundle, kitchenette, breakfast nook, ensuite and private entrance. Down the hall, the kids will have a blast as they sleep together in their single and double bunk beds. The other three rooms are designed with rustic beach furniture for a great night’s sleep.

OUTDOOR AREAS
It’s BBQ time as you step into our beautifully landscaped outdoor oasis featuring a full-size bocce ball lane. Swing back and enjoy our meditation hammocks, perfect for naps and reading or dining outdoors at our large umbrella shaded table. Sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows, telling stories, and enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves steps from the backyard. Take a break or enjoy the ocean view deck during breakfast or sunset.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Parking is available for eight vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, kitchen essentials, toiletries, towels, linens, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pluto TV, Roku, Cable TV, and BBQ grill are provided.

BEACH ACCESSORIES
Beach towels, beach chairs and chase loungers, wagon, umbrella, and cooler.

LAYOUT
All bedrooms and three of the four bathrooms are on the first floor. The second floor of the home is just the main kitchen, living room, dining room, and one full bathroom.

We`re available 24/7 by phone, text, or VRBO to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

PET POLICY
Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one dog and $250 for two dogs and must be disclosed upon booking.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and the county noise ordinance is strictly enforced. So, enjoy yourself while being respectful and polite to the neighbors. Guests are subject to immediate eviction if number of people in property exceeds max occupancy.

Jet ski is not for guest use.
