Beautiful Apartment

The location of the apartment is perfect, you can easily walk to all of the Florence hot spots. The apartment was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Cosimo was a gracious host and easy to correspond with. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Beautiful, comfortable apartment just off of the main tourist areas in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Cosimo was quick to communicate and went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of, before, during and even after our trip. Highly recommend!

Definitely an apartment to recommend.

Great location with easy walking access to Old City Centre - 8 minutes to Duomo. Very spacious, light and airy - exactly as in the photos. The owner, Cosimo was very helpful and accommodating Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Phenom place in the heart of Florence

Spent two weeks at this lovely apartment in Florence. Great location, easy walk to all sites snd museums. Good street parking. Bright, airy apartment with a great vibe. Lovely morning views of a quiet garden courtyard.

Wonderful home in Florence

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. All the appliances work well, it’s quiet and air conditioned. It was perfect for our first time in Florence. The location was great and we could walk everywhere. Our host was helpful with the key information. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was just out of the prime tourist areas but still close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see. The main room was light and airy and the bedroom had a comfortable bed and the best shower we've ever had in a VRBO rental. It was perfect for our needs and we'd rent it again on a future trip. Highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment

Cosimo's apartment is delightful, exactly as pictured in the photos. It is spacious and bright with lovely large windows. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom and shower are great! The location is perfect, on a quiet street but within walking distance of everything. We loved having the apartment to come back to at the end of a day of walking and sightseeing!

Wonderful spot

Apartment was perfect for our 2-person week-long stay in Florence. The size was very comfortable, the location both central and quiet. And the windows overlooked a green garden. Our host was very responsive and made everything very easy. We would definately consider a furture booking here with him!

Perfect Florence Apartment

The apartment was clean, airy and gas everything we needed. Just 10min walk from the Duomo, it was easy to get to and yet was very quiet at night. Cosimo was wonderful to arrange a taxi to the train station on our last day. I hope to be coming back again!

Wonderful quiet location

This light filled spacious and comfortable space was really a home away from home. Lots of light from the large windows and the tall ceilings beat any hotel room hands down. 10/15 min walk to most all of the major sites of the city, and a bus right out side the door make this a convenient base. Thank you Cosimo for opening your place to the rest of the world!

Florence Adventure

Loved our time in Florence and the apartment was perfect. Great location away from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. It would be nice to have a written book with a little more info about the apartment, restaurant suggestions, etc. Cosimo was a great host and was helpful when needed.

Wonderful apartment experience. The apartment was simple bright solid and was well equipped for my

1 week stay. Away from tourists gave a real feel of living in Firenze. Close to great market San Ambrogio. We ate lunch there and bought delicious fresh prepared foods and fruit and produce to eat in the apartment. Easy access to museums churches and bus transportation. Sorry to leave.

Florence 3 week stay

Perfect for our needs. Great neighbourhood only 18 minute walk to ponte ala grazi. Cossimo the host was obliging and friendly. Allowed us to leave our baggage on last day. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and opening the large windows onto the garden was perfect at the end of the day. We had the perfect stay.

Huge comfortable apartment, great location

Cosimo’s apartment is huge, we’ll furnished, clean and in a great location. My wife and I drove to Florence so having a place that was convenient to parking outside the ZTL as well as an easy walk to the city’s highlights was important. Cosimo’s apartment offered both. Cosimo was very helpful and responsive whenever we contacted him, and we felt completely safe in and around the apartment.

Well-equipped, clean, quiet.

My husband, age 80, and I found the charming Colonna Suite location perfect for exploring Florence. Bus routes pass directly by and connections with lines around the city abound; bus tickets available at the corner Tobacco Shop. Grocery store is an easy walk. Clean, well-stocked with cooking equipment and some basic ingredients, quiet sleeping, and plenty spacious. Cosimo was an accommodating host who made life easy!
