Beach Happy!-Nice ocean view Hilton Head Villa

Top-floor villa with private east-facing ocean views and afternoon shade! Cozy and affordable, featuring a queen bed with smart TV, two small bunks (with a privacy door), and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy central air, fast WiFi, two smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Direct beach access onsite and just a short walk to Coligny Plaza, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. The condo was very clean and looked as pictured. You can see the ocean from the balcony and you can walk to the beach in minutes. It is kind of small, but I feel that was easy to tell through the pictures. It was perfect for a little family of 4.We will definitely keep this on our list for HHI.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we booked this without knowing much about the area. But we were very delighted when we arrived. The condo was nice, and quiet. It did take us awhile to locate various places around the island because we were not used to all of the trees. Over all expirence was good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Couples Retreat

My husband and I stayed at the property for my birthday weekend and it was perfect for us! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect getaway

My husband and i rarely get to take vacation time so when we do, we wanna relax. We did just that in this villa. It had a beautiful ocean view and was literally steps to the beach. We loved the gated access and we felt very safe. Conveniently located near everything you need!!! We will visit again!!!

Small but very close to the beach

This was fine for 3 people but anymore would be cramped. The room was clean and there is a view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was no problem at all this is why we came and the beach was nice, even the stingrays and jellyfish must be careful!!
