Private oasis with beautiful outdoor tropical Utopia! This is the Florida life! Home features an oversized SALT WATER pool with a ginormous sun shelf for little ones. Large amount of backyard grass. The best part about this home is that it has over 140ft. of water front directly on Bear Creek canal and just about every day you can see manatees and dolphins come right up to the dock. 15min kayak to nearby islands. 7min drive to beaches, 15 min to downtown and shops/ restaurants across the street.

Worth experience ever

I went to go check into my reservation and they canceled it same day they try to tell me it was canceled a month ago but never got any notification about it never got a refund until that day I was supposed to check in they only refunded it because I disputed the charge with my credit card company I was supposed to check in at 4 p.m. by 9 p.m. is when they sent the email saying my reservation was canceled and my refund was submitted back had to find somewhere else to go same day

Why they chose this property

Best property on the entire Bear Creek. We love sitting outside on the dock and seeing the dolphins and manatees. The jumbo pool is so awesome! If you have kayaks you can check out the nearby islands. But make sure you check water conditions before you start rowing!

What makes this property unique

Guests have access to the entire house exclusively except for the garage. Swimming in the pool is, of course, at your own risk! We will make sure that it is clean for use. There is also a boat slip outside the house.

>2 of the neighbors will often call and complain to city officials.
>Please note any damage to the property or any accidents which result in any
