Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The house was nice. We stood there during christmas Unfortunately there was no running hot water during our whole duration of time spent there. We could not take showers or was dishes. I was able to contact landlord but the problem never got resolved. We did not get to use there jacuzzi tub. Super Sad

It’s a beautiful property with well loved furniture. Clean, family friendly. Staff amazing and neighborhood is friendly and pretty close to main things. Prepare for beautiful deep snow. This home has everything needed and looks exactly like the photos.

Wonderful spot, great kitchen, lovely neighborhood walks with the dog!

This house was perfect for our needs! Two lovely bedrooms on the main floor and a great deck for morning coffee. The pool table was a great bonus too. We will definitely rent again when we return to the area.

Great stay with pets

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 dogs and four adults. One couple took the bunk bed situation since that room was more comfortable than the other queen room downstairs. The king room was huge and with plenty of space. Convenient location, 2 car garage access, and a nice grill for dinner. Bring some oil, condiments, spices and aluminum foil if you plan on cooking there. Otherwise the kitchen is full with items to cook on if you eat in. Would definitely stay again, thanks for the stay!

Perfect family house

The squeal my 6 and 10 year old granddaughters let out when they seen the play room I would have paid double for. The house was perfect in every way. The rooms downstairs were far enough apart to give everyone privacy and the kitchen was perfect to cook up all the fish we caught! Will definitely rent this home again.

September weekend

The house was in a nice location and was a nice place to stay with children. One of the ‘adult’ bedrooms is very significantly smaller than the other one which we didn’t realize from the photos or the description. There are also fees associated with checking out after 10 AM, which is a relatively early checkout time compared to other vacation rentals. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but definitely would prefer to have more flexibility around check-in and check out without associated fees.

Comfortable place, excellent size, good price

Overall we enjoyed here. Our only complaint was the cleanliness in the property. We didn’t expect it to be perfectly clean, but some of the bathrooms didn’t seem like they were fully cleaned, around bedroom furniture it was dusty and it was clear that the cleaning crew didn’t clean behind night stands and under beds. However, there were parts of the home that were very clean, such as the kitchen in common areas. The WiFi also wasn’t working initially. I had to go back and forth with Vacasa for some time until they put me in touch with someone, who fixed the WiFi right away. The temperature worked well and is in a great neighborhood. Overall we were content with the property with what we paid for! They were also accommodating for us to stay another night which was very nice.

A Rough Stay

The property showed better in the pictures than in person. The home did not have amenities (i.e., no summer gear like beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc.) and the owner would not reimburse us for the items that we bought and had to leave for the next guest(s). The WiFi was spotty, the home was not clean, the garage was too small to fit a regular-sized vehicle (no garage door remote), and we encountered a rodent in the home. We were also not told about the fact that the homes in the area does not have air conditioning (only ceiling fans), which would be good to know before booking for a summer stay. It was hot and very uncomfortable. We would not have booked this location had we been told of all the issues it had.

Nice, spacious home

Overall I would recommend renting this house. Downsides: It wasn't the cleanest when we arrived (dust and dirt on the floor, a hair folded into the "clean" towels). None of the balconies had been cleared of snow. The bathroom of the room I stayed in lacked counter space or a place to hang the hand towel from and the kitchen had no towels (only paper towels). Little lounge space in the living room. The couch only seats 3-4 comfortably. Upsides: Ample off street parking (although there is no street parking available for additional cars) An abundance of board games (although all the pieces from different games are mixed together) A pool table (although the poles are in poor condition) The layout of the space provides privacy for the guests. Each room has its own bathroom and are each on different ends of the house. I stayed with my boyfriend and two other couples so each of us essentially having our own corner of the house was very nice. Very close to Heavenly resort. The location was great for our ski trip. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, bowls, utensils, and many extras such as steamer baskets, a blender, various coffee makers, etc.
