Great location and we had good communication before our visit with the host/ Vacasa! We've stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future for sure! We love Betty's which is right next door for more than just groceries- supplies, a great relaxing outdoor area, and entertainment!!! Love the front porch that we had at the room also...so relaxing and good distance to walk to everything in town!!!

Overall great property! Location is perfect, we never had to move our car to get around the town. I would say it needs to be more made known that this is a shared property, not the entire house. We, along with the other tenants were confused on where to enter and had other guests trying to get in our rental because it was not made very clear that there are 2 other units in the same house. Also, there is not any blinds or curtains over the glass front door so basically if someone is looking through the door, they can see you and all your glory in the bedroom. We had to put a towel over the front door just for privacy. The bed is quite firm, a little too firm than we like so if you need a firm bed, it will be perfect for you. If you don’t want to lay on bricks, this probably isn’t the property for you. Those are things I would change if I were the property owner. Overall, we did love our stay and loved the location. It was VERY clean which is a plus.

As someone who typically travels with enough disinfectant wipes to stock a small hospital, I'm thrilled to report that this Helen, GA gem passed my microscopic inspection with flying colors. (woohoo) Not only did it look exactly like the photos (a miracle in itself), but it was so spotless I actually slept through the night without wondering what lurked beneath the bed.The trifecta of clean – looks clean, IS clean, and smells clean – was achieved here in a way that would make Marie Kondo weep tears of joy. Lol! Add in the perfect location that puts you within stumbling distance of Helen's best attractions and restaurants, and you've got yourself a winner.Consider this my official seal of approval: we'll be back. The family's getting the recommendation whether they want it or not, and I'm thankful and grateful that my travel anxiety has finally taken a vacation, too. Five stars and a perfectly sanitized thumbs up!

Nice Place

Great location. Next door to a store that has groceries, wine, beer etc. Very clean and accommodating. The only note is whoever gets the fold out sofa will have to deal with some traffic noise.

**Great Stay, But Some Minor Hiccups*

The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was fantastic—just a one-minute walk from Helen City Square, making it easy to explore. However, finding the place was a bit tricky since the street number wasn’t displayed, causing a delay despite the GPS showing the correct spot. Additionally, internet details were supposed to be provided but never arrived, which was inconvenient. Despite these small setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I had a great stay!

Cute house in the middle of everything

We enjoyed our stay at this home. House was very clean and cozy. We did a quick weekend trip and enjoyed the location and how it was a close walk to everything downtown. Would highly recommend.

Great Location in Helen

This a great location, you can walk to any place in Helen in less than 10 minutes and if you need a quick item Betty's IGA is next door.
