Great vacation location

We have been coming to the Spanish Main for the last couple years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. The owner is great to work with a quick to respond. Looking forward to visiting again.

We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the Condo, but it met the requirements we needed. The pool was well taken care of and we spent a lot of time on the beach. They had some beach items for guest use, which was nice.

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable with easy access to beach and downtown cocoa beach. Within walking distance to downtown cocoa beach. Extra parking in grass for guests visiting for the day. Highly recommend.

Great location!!

The condo was well appointed and the location couldn't be beat! The carpets need a good cleaning and there were a lot of ants (maybe some traps should be available for guests to put out if necessary?) but we enjoyed our stay.
