Beautifully Updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on a corner lot within the gated community of Oceanside Village. This home features impeccable finishes throughout, from beautiful flooring, quartz counter tops, subway tile, and new stainless appliances. New hvac. This cozy house offers a large front porch where you can sit in the evening and greet your neighbors. This home also features an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, storage shed, and deck off the living room. Home is fully furnished. Linens are not provided. Washer and dryer. Oceanside Village features an array of amenities including indoor/ outdoor pool, splash park, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and bocce ball to name a few. Private Beach Parking or a 6 minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes to indoor pool and playground. Bicycles and outdoor lawn games in private building. Security cameras on both outside front porches as back porch.

2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The enclosed glass porch has bunk beds with new mattresses and a day bed. Please bring your linens. 2queens, 3 twins. Easily sleeps 7. Cozy fireplace on glass porch. 65 inch tv in living room with spectrum cable. Roku tv’s in all bedrooms with the spectrum cable app. T.v. even on the front porch.

Overall functional just not ideal for customer experience. I usually don’t provide much commentary but wanted to at least offer some suggestions to consider reviewing further:1) Primary trash can oversized with no trash bag to fit2) Golf Cart was an “oldie but goodie” but was a little too much property manager focus for the use. 3) Environmental condition for high humidity along with requested/required interior door closures and temperature requested settings during your stay not quite ideal.4) agree with another patron, the decor somewhat excessive with small decorative items…concern for breaking/losing for a pet friendly customer.

Cozy cottage

Lots of crafty touches and felt ‘homey’ to us. Kitchens and bathrooms were nice and clean. We loved the extras…golf cart, bikes, cozy porch, bonus enclosed porch was a great space for the kids to hang, too. The owner is very quick to respond and fun to chat with.

Great place to stay.

I love this house! Everything was perfect. Super clean, great communication and easy check in. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting out there in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We really loved Sherri’s place!! It’s too cute nicely decorated and comfortable. Oceanside village is such a great community perfect for families or couples. So nice that the golf cart is included with the stay very short ride to the beach about 3-4 minutes. The front porch is just perfect after a day on the beach highly recommend this home.

Short beach vacation with dog - very enjoyable and stress-free

Sherri is a great host and the property was great for our family. Many beach-specific things are taken care of for you so you don't have to overload your vehicle when traveling from other areas. Thanks for a great time!

Great place and awesome owner!!

Sherri was so nice in the booking process! The house is a gem! It is updated and super cute and clean. We loved the golf cart and location!! It was a great fit for us and our dog!!! Quick ride ride to private parking for beach with restaurant next door and also a quick ride to a par 3 and executive golf course. Also near a grocery store, gas station and anything else you need!

Adorable place!

We really enjoyed this rental. Some places we have rented at the beach smell musty and feel damp. This rental didn't have any of that. Owner had great communication and my kids really enjoyed the golf cart. Thank you!

Amazing

Everything was great! I did Vrbo here due to the location was close to everything and everywhere we needed to go to while purchasing our own property in Murrells Inlet. All the neighbors were amazing, the dog run was great. I wish we had time to enjoy the golf cart, however, we did not have time for an excursion in it. I would definitely recommend any family to stay here. Just ONE reminder to ALL (which the owner did post, I just read past through it and that’s my own fault) BRING your own Bed Sheets and Towels, Washcloths, Etc. This was not a big issue since we did have the items with us to place into our new home. Everything was just perfect for us & the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you Sheri

Garden City Beach

This house was perfect for our stay. We had a separate bedrooms for ourselves, our adult daughter and for the kids. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch at night. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The house was in close proximity to the beach, pool and the other amenities. Our hostess Sherri was always attentive to my texts and would answer promoptly. She was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this house.

Great little place

Sherri was great! We had our oak island property cancelled last minute due to hurricane and Sherri was quick go work with us. Property was clean and very nice, a little smaller than I thought but that’s okay. No issues what’s so ever! One thing that would have been nice was a table on the front porch for the kids or to play cards at night. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the quick responses. Thank you!

Summer Fun

This property was perfect for our family of 7! It had everything we needed with just the right amount of space. Our 3 younger kids absolutely loved having their own space to sleep, watch TV and play in. The best feature by far was the outdoor shower. We loved it so much that we are planning to build one at our home! It was so convenient. The golf cart and bikes were also an added plus. Anytime we had any questions Sherri responded almost immediately. Great communication! We definitely would love to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect for us!

We absolutely LOVED this beach house and felt right at home. I took my 15 yr old daughter and 2 of her friends and the room with the bunk beds was perfect for them. It was like they had their own little space equipped with small fridge which was great. My husband and I did A LOT of front porch sitting and golf cart ridding which I loved and the girls took advantage of the bikes which amazed me.. lol This house is equipped with EVERYTHING.. If you forgot something I can almost guarantee you will find at least 2 of whatever you forgot. I was amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was especially at night. Sherri was amazing and available to us anytime we had a question. We didn't want to leave and We will 100% be back. Thank you Sherri for sharing your home and being so wonderful. Youve done an excillant job with this house.

Cozy beach house perfect for families

The house is clean and the owner is easily reachable by text if you have questions. The golf cart is essential for getting to and from the beach and the house is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. There is even a small cooler for drinks and food. If you need a lot of food and drink at the beach bring your own cooler for more room. There is a smol charcoal grill available but if you want to do a big bbq you would need a bigger one. The outdoor shower is helpful. The indoor shower has good water flow. Due to space limitiations the shower head is low but the water flow was so good I didn't mind at all.The kitchen is full and stocked with all the utensils and stuff you might need. We didn't use the bicycles while we were there but I believe there are 3 of them. Overall this is a great house. I would say that it would work for 4 adults and 2 children or more children and less adults.

Awesome place at a nice Beach

This house has plenty of sleeping space and everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. House is newly remodeled inside and the HVAC unit works amazing. New appliances if you need to cook. Nice large couch surrounds a perfectly sized TV. TV in bedrooms and in the enclosed area that has a popcorn maker, bunk beds, "Couch bed" that connects to the "Mud Room" where you can come through if you've been on the beach. There's also a washer and dryer in the Mud Room. It is in a very nice gated community that has a heated indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor pool, play ground, tennis courts, volley ball nets, and even a baseball field. The owners are kind enough to leave their bicycles, beach chairs and accessories, and even a super nice GOLF CART for you to use. We used the golf cart to get to pool and to the beach and it is so convenient. The community even has its own oceanfront parking area which is gated as well. My wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed this property. We even looked at a few that were for sale in the community just to drool over. The owner will text you instructions and gives you the option to text or call her if you need anything which is amazingly kind. We will be back here 100% for sure. Hopefully sooner than later.

Great location

Really enjoyed staying in Oceanside village. This is a gem community in the South Myrtle/Murrells Inlet area. It’s not overcrowded and the beach access is primo.

Our house is super kid friendly and we allow pets (prior approval and pet fee) Fully upgraded from floors to ceiling. All new appliances in the kitchen and updated tv's. Spectrum cable in living room with smart tvs in all bedrooms including the glassed in porch.
