Our home is a beautiful water front home with 5 large bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. We also have 3 spacious living areas that allow every member of the group ample room to relax and enjoy the serenity of the lake. Our living space on the main floor is open to the kitchen and dining area so no one misses out on the conversations and fun. The screened porches are a welcoming area to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drinks and appetizers before dinner is served from the grill. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with deep water only minutes from Tugaloo State Park and Harbor Light Marina. So bring your boat or PWC, tie up at the dock and enjoy exploring the lake by water. (Boat slip is not available.) If relaxing on the dock or a float is more your style then know a sunset view is in your future. Only 5 miles off I-85, our home is convenient and comfortable. You'll feel at home and your only wish will be to stay longer. And don't forget the family 4 legged friend. We are a pet friendly home for a non-refundable fee.
Golf: We are located within 30 minutes of several nice courses. Cateechee (Hartwell), Victoria Bryant State Park (Royston), Oconee Country Club (Seneca SC) and The Walker Course (Clemson ).
Shopping: Tanger Outlet at Commerce.
Hiking: There are incredible trails in the GA/SC/NC corridor with vast views and water fall views. You can choose easy to hard trails depending upon your fitness level.

Owner - Hi. My family has been spending time on Lake Hartwell since the early 70's. From camping to having our own home we've enjoyed many a day floating and boating. Our home has provided a great place for friends and family to gather throughout the years. We've grown up here and are now allowing our children to grow up here and experience all the joy that we have.

From a tent for many years to a one room screened in porch for many many years to the beginnings of a home, my parents have led me on quite the adventure. Now their beginning home is their permanent home and I myself have lived here full time for 20 years. My love of the water grew quickly and immensely. Boating, floating or just looking from the porch, I enjoy it all. I have known the owners for 40+ years and know that both they and myself want you to have a fabulous time in their home and our lake.

The location! We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a friendly mixture of permanent and second home owners. It is convenient to I-85 but far enough away feel like you have escaped from the busy world.
