Sand Pointe Condominium vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Air conditioning went out at 7:00 p.m. I called Sanibel Holiday, and they had an HVAC repairman at the condo in 35 minutes. He fixed the unit, and it was cooling within 1 hour of my call! That is amazing customer service!

The complex and unit were clean and well maintained.

The condo had a ton of appointments not usually included. Both a Kerig and coffee pot, tons of dishes, pots/pans, and cooking items. The balcony and view are amazing. Our children loved the pond with iguanas, birds, tiny frogs, and tadpoles. Great furniture and the sofa bed was so comfortable, we actually got the brand to buy one for our home! Great condo and super comfy!
