Enjoy this recently renovated (November 2023) quiet unit in Maui Vista, across the street from the fabulous beaches of South Kihei. Unit features high-grade appliances in the well appointed cooks kitchen and stunning hardwood custom cabinetry and woodwork. Great AC also!

Located at the end of the building which provides additional privacy & peace and quiet and quick access to pool, BBQ and tennis courts. Unit includes a balcony/lanai with peekaboo ocean views. You can also watch the sunsets in the evening while relaxing and sipping on a glass of wine. Just steps away are two of Maui’s best beaches; Kamaole I and Charley Young Beach. Located in the heart of South Kihei with numerous restaurants, shopping and grocery stores nearby. The condo is perfect for couples looking to honeymoon or guests looking to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of life and enjoy paradise in beautiful South Kihei.

This well stocked unit has everything to support a very comfortable stay for two adults and can accommodate up to two more on the sofa bed. Unit features two flatscreen televisions, cable and wi fi, a king bed and bathroom with rain shower head and second spray wand. Bedroom features custom made hardwood built-in armoire and ample storage cabinetry.

This 'NON SMOKING' one bedroom, one bath unit offers one of the best sleeping beds on all the island! This unit is fully stocked and has two split air conditioner units that quickly and efficiently cool the unit. Unit also includes stacking washer and dryer, dishwasher and well appointed cooks kitchen.

Bring your tablet or laptop as there is fast and free wi-fi service. Stay in touch with friends and family. Unit provides guests with a keyless entry.

Located at the Maui Vista Resort with lush, tropical gardens, the unit has access to swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ and outdoor dining areas. North and South of the property are shopping centers filled with many dining and shopping options. Just a short walk away is the Cove, a popular surf spot for beginners and first time surfers. There are many vendors nearby that rent out surfboards and snorkel equipment and offer lessons. The most popular beaches in Kihei are Kamaole Beach Park I, II and III. All three of these beaches have lifeguards on duty during certain hours and are perfect for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

We love staying on the Maui Vista property. It has pools, tennis courts and is quick walk to the beach and to local eats for some delicious food!Our unit was quiet, clean and had all the kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials! We had one question and our host, Christopher was quick to respond. We actually binged watched some tele after a long day at the beach and took advantage of the comfortable chairs in the lanai! Comfortable and newly renovated

Despite not receiving our access code for the property, the owners were very quick to give us the code. The renovations were immaculate at the apartment and we had a great time with the close walking distance to the beach.

This unit was purchased by former Kihei resident Michael Meyer, and Christopher Johnson in 2020. Both are midwesterners with a passion for the island of Maui. Michael and Christopher also are active Shriners and support the Shriners Hospitals for Children in the Twin Cities.

What makes this property unique

This unit was completely renovated in the fall of 2023. The unit features custom hardwood (Sapele) cabinetry and woodwork throughout as well as custom matching Sapele furniture accent tables, night stands and headboard. The appliances are high end and the kitchen is well appointed. There are split air conditioners in the living room and bedroom that quickly and efficiently cool the unit. There are also ceiling fans that keep air moving throughout the unit. The unit is well stocked with a gourmet kitchen for those who like to cook!
