Great vacation

Property was very clean and the location is great. Everything was just as we were told it would be the owners are very good with communications. I would highly recommend the property it’s perfect for two people and we totally enjoyed are stay.

great Myrtle Beach location

For two folks, this is the perfect condo. GREAT location-easy drive/walk to just about everything the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. We have chosen this condo three times while in the Myrtle Beach area. Very easy to navigate and also very safe and family oriented. Close to EVERYTHING.

Great stay very clean and comfortable , would have given 5 stars if not for missing or lights out. Balcony light was out, microwave lamp light was out, and missing bulb from ceiling fan. Family enjoyed the closes to the beach.

Absolutely AmaZing!!!

My husband and I celebrated his 75th Birthday & our 38th Anniversary while staying in this lovely, clean and intimate condo and it, along with EVERYTHING about this trip, was perfect!! Our host, Bob and Anne, were personable and thoughtful and kicked off our first night with a nice bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. If you're planning a getaway... this is indeed the place to stay!!

Close to beach, great ocean view!

We loved everything about this property. Had every amenity we needed: washer/dryer, kitchen, huge shower, beach chairs.. Balcony was big with wonderful ocean views! Beach is a short 3 min walk Owners were fabulous! We booked very last minute and they were still very quick and responsive! We extended our stay because we didn't want to leave 😊 Property is exactly as advertised! My husband and I would love to stay again!

Wonderful

Bob and Anne’s condo is beautiful and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching beautiful sunsets from there in the evening. We appreciated all the details and suggestions along with that delicious bottle of wine. The resort itself is great and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Access Location on 77th St

Great condo for two- loved the balcony and view of the ocean. Used the lazy River, fitness center, pool. Nice location near EVERYTHING. Even drove down to Calabash in a shot period of time. Could have used a few extra master bathroom towels, but guess I could have brought a few of ours from home to supplement. Overall it was a wonderful stay there.

Great Stay

This was our second time staying in this condo. We absolutely love it!!!! It's literally a home away from home. We had everything we needed for our one week stay. There were updates made to the carpet and living room sofa bed. The balcony is absolutely the largest beach hotel/condo balcony I've seen in all my 10+ years staying in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely stay again in the future.

2 week January Get Away

The condo was wonderful !!! We appreciated the location, particularly the closeness to the beach. It was very convenient for taking our walks. Looking out at the ocean/beach from the balcony was mesmerizing. The kitchen was well equipped but could have used a large pot. Unfortunately we did not find the living room sofa to be comfortable. This unit was extremely quiet. We felt like we were the only people on our floor. Considering everything we would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!!

We spent the week of April 30 to May 7 here. After spending 10 years at a neighboring resort, this was a welcome and wonderful change! The condo IS beautiful. Spotless. Well decorated. The balcony is amazing. We were pleasantly surprised at the great view (ocean, beach, inland, and sunset!). It was completely quiet with no noise from within the hotel. A great feature is the sliding doors to the balcony. Great bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes! The kitchen is just right and very modern with everything you need! The bedroom, dining area, and living room all have their own doors to the balcony and we spent a lot of our indoor time with all of them wide open to enjoy the the fresh ocean air and the sound of the waves. The skipping the front desk feature was perfect! The parking garage is a great benefi for keeping your car in the shade and being able to park near the elevator. The owners are extremely helpful and pay great attention to detail. They even made a welcoming phone call to check on us to make sure we were happy and to see that we had everything we needed. Looking forward to next year!

Roomy one bedroom condo

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was as described. Condo is perfect for two... not huge, but definitely not cramped. It had a roomy feel and nice furnishings. It is a short walk to the beach. The balcony is large with chairs and one lounger. The view is lovely, but partially obstructed by another condo. The sound of the ocean is somewhat hindered by the pool equipment of the neighboring condo. The location is easy access to stores and restaurants. Bob and Anne are great to rent from and very helpful and responsive. Excellent instructions provided. Loved that check out was at 11, rather than 10 which is ridiculous in my humble opinion! 😉 One other perk that we really enjoyed was having two beach chairs available. It may be time for the wireless infrastructure to be visited as it struggled to keep up with the demand of the building. There were a few things such as surfaces, tub, and mirrors that could have used more attention, but cleanliness was pretty good overall. A+ for the refrigerator. The kitchen was clean and neatly organized. Also, I didn't see a bug all week which in a humid environment is pretty impressive. I would be happy to recommend this unit to friends.

30th anniversary

Bob and Anne had real pictures and were very attentive to all of our questions. This is a 5 star location. Building is exclusive as beach out back door and convenient for walking to great reestaurants.

Bob is a retired chiropractor, and now he is a golf novice, getting lots of practice on the many courses in Myrtle Beach. He would be happy to join you on any golf course. Anne is a retired school social worker and Reiki practitioner. She is actively running the condo rental business (Easy Peasy Rentals), taking breaks to join Bob on the golf course, walking the beach, or going out to local restaurants and entertainment venues, so she knows what to recommend to guests.

We are happy to share one of our beach homes with you. We really believe you will love our condominium. We maintain high quality standards to maximize comfort and safety for all. All of our condos are a VERY SHORT walk (100 yards) to the beach and located just north of the Golden Mile, so beach and car traffic is at a minimum. This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the salt air. We pride ourselves on making sure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable trip possible.
