It is located in the "Gloria Mansions" residence, a listed building and an authentic work of art of Art Deco architecture.
The residence is just a few metres from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. It is also close to one of the world's most famous hotels: Le Negresco.
The apartment offers a pleasant living room with balcony, an open-plan kitchen with large dining table, two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet.
