Perfect St Pete Beach Getaway Spot

The property has a great location, with easy access (walkable) to the beach and great restaurants. The condo was small, but well-designed to maximize the space. Great views from both the front (entry-way) balcony and the back (private) balcony. Great pool, dock, shuffle-board, picnic and tennis courts available.

Great location

We appreciated how close we were to the beach, to restaurants, and how well the grounds were maintained. The pool was nice and the views were great. The carpet needs to be replaced and management informed us if their plan to do so.

The condominiums have always been well cared for, well appointed and have beautiful views from the balconies out over Boca Ciega Bay. The property grounds are also well maintained with a great pool and jacuzzi along with many other amenities like a barbecue area. Walk across the street and you’ll be on one of the best beaches anywhere. Whichever unit you choose, you’re sure to enjoy your stay!

Perfect holiday home.

This is a lovely condo with a fantastic view. I watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the proximity to St. Pete’s beach. They also borrowed tennis racquets and corn hole etc from the store room. The swimming pool was very clean and rarely very busy. We saw manatees in the water on a regular basis. We would happily return to this condo!

Wonderful & What We Needed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was exactly as described and pictured. The whole place was well cleaned and well stocked with what we needed. Not much for beach chairs or toys, etc., so I suggest buying, renting or bringing your own. That wasn't an issue though. The washer and dryer worked fantastic, and it was so nice being provided Tide to do our laundry. They also provided a nice welcome basket, and some good essentials like dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were fine, and extra blankets and pillows were available. It was just a perfect amount of space for our little family of 4 (2 adults, and 2 children). We even had space in the bedroom to place a crib for our little one so it worked out great. The sunrises were amazing. Our family loved the pool for downtime when we weren't at the beach, shopping, eating, etc. It was a nice space and the enclosed area with grills was nice too. Location was fantastic and walkable to sooo many things. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience at Sunrise was awesome as usual. Great staff, Nancy & Dawn. Unit was clean however it really needs a new bed, closets cleaned out and new dishes, utensils and cookware. Old stained coffee cups, terrible cutlery etc. And all those old plastic cups need to be thrown out. It justs needs updated and cupboards and closets cleaned out.
