Thank you for considering our family's 'Home Away From Home'!

Our Villa is a desirable 4th floor 'Direct Oceanfront' end unit 423 in the popular Forest Beach area. A major renovation included removing walls, installation of new wood cabinetry in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, granite countertops, a walkin shower in the master bath and 2nd bedroom, overhead lighting, ceiling fans, tile floors and more. The result is a very open, airy, and beachy atmosphere. Our many return guests love the new look!

There are 2 bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom. There is a large balcony off the living/dining area, and a smaller one off the master bedroom, perfect for enjoying meals and observing the manicured grounds, the pool, the beach, and the ever-changing Atlantic Ocean. Watch for dolphins playing close to shore, shrimp boats catching your next meal, and ships on the horizon heading for the Port of Savannah or the open sea. Coligny Plaza, with it's many shops and restaurants, is in walking distance. There is a paved walking and bike trail across the street from our complex. And if the mood strikes you to venture further out from your 'Home Away From Home', take a day trip to historic Buford, Savannah, or Charleston. Won't you join us!

This villa is nonsmoking, no pets are allowed, we have local Caretakers to respond quickly to any concerns you may have.

The address for our villa is 11 South Forest Beach Drive, there is secured parking. Our villa is approximately 1300 square feet. Please check our rate and availability calendar. Rates include linens, towels, and departure cleaning. 10% South Carolina tax is additional.

Great open floor plan with beautiful ocean front and pool view!

My best friend and I had a great fall getaway at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor because we could eat breakfast on the large balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. Gorgeous landscaping and shading from nearby trees.We loved the layout of the condo with the open floor plan. The beds were very comfortable and we each had a private bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. We liked the gated entrance to the complex with a security guard. Also the beach access had a gate that required a code for entrance which made us feel more secure. Within walking distance is Coligny Plaza with many shopping and eating choices. The owner called and checked on us several times to make sure our stay was just what we wanted! Very personable and nice. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Condo, Awesome location, wonderful Host !

Took a family vacation before the kids went back to College, the condo was perfect with awesome views. If your looking for walking distance to dining and entertainment this is perfect! Nightly walks to Coligny Plaza for ice cream or a wine slushie.

Condo is fully equipped and beds were comfy.

This unit is well worth the stay.

The Perfect Oceanfront Condo

My wife and I have stayed at this condo many times in the last 15 years. It is in the perfect location both in terms of where it is located in the building and where the building is located on the Island. It is a 4th floor end unit on the end away from the Holiday Inn. You can hear the music for the HI, but not to the point of being to loud. Spectacular view of the ocean and the pool. Patio always has some sun as well as some shade. Ocean One is 5 min or less walk to Coligny Plaza which has many shops, restaurants and bars. Must go to the French Kiss Bakery. A 3 min drive to the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines. A 10 min or less drive to at least a dozen fabulous restaurants. Significant upgrades over the last 5 years. We stayed there 2 weeks last October, 1 week in May and are going back for 2 more weeks this October. The price/quality combination simply can't be beat. Always clean and ready when we arrive. Building is very well insulated in terms of sound. Rarely do you hear the neighbors.

The Perfect Vacation!!!!!!

We have been vacationing at various locations on Hilton Head for many years. This villa at Ocean One is our family's favorite destination of all. The unsurpassed view from the 4th floor on the quieter end of the complex is amazing. This wonderful villa is always very clean, well appointed and equipped; and has been tastefully updated over the years. The same can be said for the entire complex. I can't imagine a better or more comfortable family vacation spot.

Just Perfect

This condo was perfect in every way. The location was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. The view from the balocony is spectacular. The condo is beautiful and spotless. And Inge is just wonderful to deal with. We had a fabulous vacation!

Wonderful condo on the ocean in Hilton Head

We stayed here from May 28-June 4, 2011.

I've been to Ocean One six times in the past ten years. This unit is by far the best we've enjoyed at Ocean One. The place has been updated, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked but not crammed with a bunch of stuff you do not need.

The owner is very nice, she even called during our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Throughout the process of renting she was very pleasant and helpful.

The view of the water and the pool are spectacular. The Ocean is probably 75 yards off the property's board walk at low tide.

One suggestion: we rented a really nice umbrella and two beach chairs from The charge was $35 per week. Well worth the price. The umbrella/chairs offered by the public beach rentals are $25 a day. (There are not beach accessories in the unit, but I've found chairs/umbrellas left behind week after week are normally too beat-up to use anyway).

I would highly recommend this unit.
