Hermosa casa frente al mar sin bancos, enclavada en una acogedora entrada privada rodeada de vistas panorámicas de 180 grados de la espectacular Smilk Bay y Mt Baker

Salga de la cubierta a kilómetros de playas, caminatas y algunos de los mejores cangrejos Dungeness de la región. A solo 8 millas de distancia se encuentra la ciudad de Anacortes, la puerta de entrada a las Islas San Juan a través del sistema de ferry del estado de Washington y cuenta con muchas tiendas pintorescas y restaurantes de alta calificación. La ciudad histórica de La Connor es otra visita obligada, con excelentes restaurantes, tiendas encantadoras y eventos emocionantes, como el Festival de Tulipanes de Skagit Valley. Perfect weather, amazing views, wildlife daily, quiet, enough room for seven adults and one baby. The tv only came on once, to watch a movie later in the evening. House close to downtown Anacortes and La Connor. Love both cities and what they have to offer. Whale watching was a success, Orcas. Hard to say goodbye to my family and beach house. Thanks for bringing us together.

Amazing property- do not miss

This was a family get together for 5 adults and this property was perfect. The view alone was worth it, not to mention the hummingbird show all day- you will be obsessed with hummingbirds by the time you leave, I promise you. My brother put out crab pots from his kayak and dug mussels and clams and it was absolute heaven. Well stocked and organized kitchen for cooks, and plenty to do nearby, but you really won't want to leave the house. We'll be back!

We had another wonderful visit to this beautiful beach house. We love this place so much we come back every year. It is perfect for a family vacation. You cannot beat the view, the pool is a fantastic amenity you can't find anywhere else, and everything is set up to make your visit as lovely as possible. I'm always impressed by the little things it has to make the stay more comfortable: tower fans in all the bedrooms, extension cords so you never have to worry about finding a plug, Ziploc bags and food storage containers for leftovers, TONS of towels (especially great when traveling with kids who somehow leave one on the floor every five minutes ), and every kitchen appliance you could need. The location is so beautiful, and the house is very well cared for, with gorgeous flowers surrounding the property. Without having to go farther than the deck we saw bald eagles, herons, bunnies, chipmunks, hummingbirds, and, as a special treat this visit, otters! Chris is communicative and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough, except that I don't want everyone else to know about it and take all the availability!

Great location for my birthday trip with the family. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of room forthe family. Communication with Chris was great - he responded quickly with a great desl of information. We had one issue with water in one shower and he came up immediately to fix it. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everyone loved all the humming bird feeders. We saw otters from the deck as well as a bald eagle. It was a quick drive to Deception Pass, the ferry to the islands and downtown Anacortes. The shops downtown were great. I highly recommend Pelican Bay Books and Coffee.

Great stay in beautiful Anacortes

Lovely property with lots of space and an impossible-to-beat location. We had one minor issue with a leak from the refrigerator and Chris was very responsive and came up to fix the problem right away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Beach Get Away

The home has stunning views. I hosted my family that all live in the area, the kitchen and home is perfectly equipped to have large family dinners. This home is very welcoming and would highly recommended this property.

This is an exceptional property. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, this beachfront home is a perfect place to stay. Comfortable and with a great kitchen and lovely deck. Everyday, the low tide sets up a scenario where you can walk on the beach forever. Anacortes is close by, with really good grocery and other shopping.

Beautiful, well-stocked home with great owners!

This is our third time staying at this beautiful home in Anacortes, and it's become my family's happy place! The home itself is beautiful and well cared for, with an unbeatable waterfront location. The kids in our family think the lap pool is the greatest thing ever. This home is also the best stocked rental I've ever been to. They have every kitchen appliance/tool you could hope for, including storage containers for leftovers (which is one of those things I always end up wishing I'd brought on a trip). There are extension cords with both regular outlets and USBs in all the bedrooms, so no struggling to get to an inaccessible outlet to plug in your phone. Lots of nice extras like puzzles, games, binoculars, and night lights. I especially want to shout out Chris, who is an excellent communicator and so helpful with any issue that might arise. We will be back!

Fantastic spot to enjoy marine wildlife

We stayed with our 2 dogs and just loved it. The location is very unusual, right on the bay with all the local marine life on your doorstep. The beach is walkable for miles at low tide affording plenty of close encounters with herons, eagles, oyster eaters, otters and the local shellfish (clams, muscles, oysters...).

Stunning Location and Home

My parents live at the top of the hill in this area and with wanting a place for my dogs and I to enjoy the beach this was the perfect location. The home is so comfortable, the views are stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the house is extremely equipped. I put on a dinner for all my family in the area and it was so wonderful to fell like you were in a home and not worried if you would be able to entertain. I would love to come back to this home it was a little slice of heaven.

family getaway

Great space for family vacay. beautiful water views and outside deck with fire table for nice evenings. Great kitchen with plenty of equipment and serve ware. We had 4 generations and eveyone loved it.

Thanks for the great memories

Our long-put-off family reunion happened here, and the site met our needs well. Great indoor/outdoor areas and views, flexibility for sleeping arrangements and different activities and schedules. Bedrooms were mostly quiet and separated enough for uninterrupted naps. Private location but minutes from Anacortes downtown and Mt. Vernon train station and groceries. But the best of all is the view: such a gorgeous PNW scene! Stairs from house to the beach level might be hard for elders and others, so being able to move straight from the home's public areas to the deck with almost 180 degree views of the bay, beach, and wildlife was satisfying and calming. This unique home is not polished, but is homey and accommodating for 7 people. We cooked and shared many meals, had plentiful conversations, and celebrated our father's 85th birthday. And he couldn't have been happier. Our two little dogs loved the place, too, and walking the neighborhood was their highlight! Note that the property outside the house doesn't allow for much walking; you have to walk up the little lane to get to flat roads. It's a nice, friendly, quiet neighborhood. Thanks for the great memories.

Fabulous getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! The owner was communicative and worked hard to make our stay all that we hoped for. The location is perfect: quiet beachfront, but also close to both Anacortes and Deception Pass. The kitchen is great and well-stocked with everything you could need. The lap pool is great fun for both the kids and adults. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and amazing views!!

This home is right on the water (two sets of stairs going down to the beach) and the views are breathtaking! The home is very clean and the kitchen is stocked very well. We (5 of us) celebrated my brother’s 75th birthday and he said it was the best yet. In the evening we enjoyed the deck with the fire table. The owner, Chris, is wonderful to work with!

Comfortable Lake Property

Our family vacation was wonderful. This location was wonderful for sitting on the deck and enjoying the lake scenery. We spent a few days on the San Juan Islands and we were just 12 minutes from the Anacortes Ferry! The Kitchen had a great assortment of pans and containers so we could spend our evenings at home cooking and enjoying each others company. The outdoor hot tub and shower were utilized after a long days hiking, biking and kayaking. Chris was wonderful to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect staycation

It was time for our family to rest and reboot. This was the perfect place for all our family to come together. Home was just as I remembered with a few updates. The views are beautiful and the area quiet. Our kids where able to be themselves and us adults where able to relax. Definitely will be returning again. Thank you!
