Huntington by the Sea is an exquisite mid-rise, Gulf-front property that can best be defined by two words, peace and relaxation. Set between a quiet pond and the soft, sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast, Huntington by the Sea beaches are never crowded. You will marvel at the views of the Gulf of Mexico from private balconies. Special amenities include a seasonally heated pool, beach gazebo, and on-site laundry facilities.

Beach service is included from May to October.
*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property is well located for exploring beach towns along the 30a. The condo is laid out so that the ocean views are well framed from within the house. Then unit is well decorated and furnished. For the price I was very satisfied!

Cockroaches/jackhammering

Loved the location, did not like the jackhammering down below us we where not told about the remodel that they had scheduled when we book the condo the dust was so bad from the concrete they where taking up we did get a little refund but not what we should of got for our vacation to be interrupted, they spray for cockroaches a few days before we got their but still didn’t like them crawling everywhere so I give you a 2 star for location

Nice view

The place was nice and clean. It had a nice view. My biggest thing was that it didn’t have a washer & dryer even though we only stayed one night. It was a little out dated. I also didn’t like how they don’t let you in when the placed is all cleaned up N ready and in our case it was ready.

Best customer service ever by property manager!

Since the first time we stayed at Hunting By the Sea, BJ (property manager at the time now GM) was the absolute BEST customer service person for any vacation spot we have ever encountered, bar none! She called throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and answered the phone when we called with any and all questions!! Truly remarkable service from and even more amazing human being! Thank you for all you do for my family and the many other families like mine and making sure our family vacation is an amazing experience in every way possible and going FARRR ABOVE the call of duty! The beds were awful and the tv in bedroom to small and remote didn’t work ~ been going there for the last 9 years ~ will never rent this room again! Now I know why it was the only one left! Tub didn’t work and plugs didn’t work! Worse room we have stayed in at the wonderful place!

Horrible beds

I’ve stayed at Huntington by the sea at least 10 times and this unit by far was the worst. All the beds were hard as a rock, not comfortable at all. Heat and air unit leaked water. Master bathtub drain clogged. Closet door feel off track. And to top it all off we were woke up every morning at 7 AM to a leaf blower going up and down the halls

Amazing condo, excellent location

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The condo is very clean and you can’t beat the location. Chair service on the beach is excellent. We loved the expansive private beach and quiet family environment.

Room 205 Huntington by the Sea.

We have stayed at Huntington 12 times and love it. It’s clean and quaint. The only issue we had were the beds in this unit were VERY uncomfortable (hard mattresses) and also this visit was the first time we have had bugs in our room.
