Lark’s Nest Mountain View – See Yonah Mountain from the Front Porch!
This townhome has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.
There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The road and driveway are paved
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at Lark's Nest Mountain View.
• Location: 1 mile to downtown Helen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The property was nice. Although, I was a bit disappointed that there were no start-up toiletries, no whisk, no wine opener, no TV remote for Queen size room and the stairs to go up to the apartment were a bit warped and scary. Other than that, it was very comfortable and cozy.

Awesome location and comfortable accommodations!
The property is exactly as advertised. It sits right behind the main part of Helen, but is in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Everything about our stay was efficient, user-friendly, and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and in walking distance. Front door ws missing blinds so everyone can see in from the street. Great communication with owner.

Would stay here again
My best friend & I had a wonderful stay at the Lark’s Nest in Helen, GA. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, & several personal touches that made us feel right at home during our girls weekend. The communication was fantastic; check in and check out was so easy. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Helen, GA.

The kids loved the hot tub and it was right in helen so we didn’t have to drive far nice home away from home feel!

Everything was great the place was very clean and organized the only thing that may be to be remodeled is the stairs but other than that everything else is awesome I would recommend it definitely also do walk need to be prepared it’s a long tiring walk better to drive and park to walk downtown Helen. The food though a bit too expensive but it is very delicious. Bars and people great vibes and staff are also amazing

Peaceful but within walking distance
Much needed weekend getaway. Very private and quiet but only a few minutes from downtown Helen. I'd definitely come back!
