Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north.

Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles). You'll love hiking at Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve and Breckenridge Fairy Forest, and there are plenty of other terrific routes on the Blair Witch Trail, Spruce Creek Trail, and Lily Pad Lake Trail. Alpine Fishing Adventures is less than 10 miles north, ready to take you out to reel in some brown trout, arctic char, kokanee salmon, and rainbow trout.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful and comfortable condo in Breckenridge

The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and the front desk customer service was outstanding. I highly recommended this condo, we will be back!

Great location

We had a great stay at the property. The location is really ideal. The condo itself was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The only negative point was that the place wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be.

Comfortable and clean

We (two couples) had a wonderful stay at this property and would stay here in the future. The condo was as advertised. The furniture was in excellent condition and comfortable. Location in town was convenient to restaurants and shops. Completely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

The unit was better than expected which is rarely the case as pictures often oversell the property. I was overly impressed with the unit and proximity to everything was much closer than I imagined it would be. I completely recommend this property and I will be staying there again next year.

1st time to the Mountains and Breck

Unit as described. Clean. Had all the essentials for cooking in. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fans as there is no air conditioning. Close to Main Street and walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Gondola. Love the private hot tub down the hall. Pool towels were provided. Parking underground for our large truck and it was great having a spot to park! Lots of trails close to unit to walk/hike. Had fun fishing at the Sawmill Reservoir. Definitely would recommend. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent location, beautiful place and wonderful amenities.

Staying at the Water House on Main Street was absolutely exquisite. There is a huge BUT that knocked a star out of this review, and I will cover why. Starting off with the location, it was absolutely prime. We barely drove our vehicle during our 3 night stay. We walked to dinners, Starbucks, shopping and even a playground. We loved this so much. The one time we drove out was surprising, as we swiftly found parking & it was only .50. What?! The front desk staff were super friendly, helpful and kind to us. No issues whatsoever. The house was beautiful. Just like the pictures, the place was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make any meal. Pots, pans, baking dishes, silverware, cutlery, cups, mugs, paper towels, salt and pepper. We were set to cook just about anything for us and our two littles. The bedrooms were stocked with plenty of blankets and pillows. Although there is no AC, each room had big windows to open and working fans. We had no issues with the temperature inside. Here’s my BUT, the restrooms. Oh Lordy. They were very dirty. They are sure aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, from afar. Once in the shower, we noticed the gunk and evidence that no one has scrubbed the showers in a looooong time. Same story for the bathtubs. Bathing my kids was a challenge as the bathtub in the main bathroom was clogged. Like super clogged. Fortunately, my handy husband discovered that there enough hair inside the drain to make a wig, and cleaned it out. Still felt very icky and unwilling to go in there because of the stuff that came out of there. And really, it’s just disappointing, as we do pay for a ‘Cleaning Fee’ when booking rooms like these. So it’s not a nice feeling when it’s not clean. But other than that, we were pleased with the house, the location, and the service. Hope this helps.

Nice but not quiet

Location to Main Street was good. The unit was spacious and well appointed. Not quiet because location is on first floor next to the road and garage door and entry door for guests. Can hear the traffic on the major road and can hear every car passing by on the secondary road (delivery trucks first thing in the am) plus every person coming in and out of the building. The water pressure in the showers was good. Ventilation fans run with the lighting which makes for a cold bathroom in the master bath because it is so big. Beds were comfortable. Couch is small. Outside deck is narrow. Asked for extra sheets on day one and never got them. Cable is very very basic.

Beautiful condo in a prime location

Well maintained, very clean condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great 8 night stay here over the 4th of July. Hot tubs and pool were a nice bonus.

Perfect Breckenridge stay

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The location was perfect for a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and trails. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 5 of us to spread out. We would definitely look into staying here again!

Modern and centrally located

Exactly what we had hoped and expected. Easy to find and check-in. Conveniently within walking distance of Breckenridge Brewery and Main St. Modern amenities, comfortable and spacious enough for our teenage daughters to remote learn in peace for a day. Only negatives were the kitchen surfaces hadn't been wiped down recently, but that could just be from a gap in occupancy, and the shower drains could use some attention, but typical of a rental. Also a little noisy in the daytime being a bottom floor unit, but if you stay active you hardly notice.

Wish we lived here!
