Cozy up in the living room and enjoy the gas fireplace. Xfinity cable tv and a DVD player are provided for entertainment, feel free to watch on the large mounted flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is completely updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Great space for cooking! The dining room table seats up to 8 and the breakfast bar seats another 4. The covered private balcony allows you to enjoy a serene wooded view while you prepare meals on the outdoor grill.
This condo has a large mud room off the entrance, a rare find for condo space! After an adventurous day on the slopes or a long day out in town, you will have the convenience and ease if access to store your gear!

Great location and very comfortable
Perfect for a long ski weekend. Nice gas fireplace. The hot tubs are a short walk away but felt great after being in the cold all day. Kitchen is well equipped. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are a bit dated.

Nice property, well-maintained and comfortable.
We arrived later than expected, due to snow en-route from Denver, so the ability to get the key from the key box on the wall was welcome. We were immediately impressed by the property and my wife commented that it was the nicest we had stayed in over the last few years. The layout is unusual, with the kitchen in the middle and the other rooms around that, but it works very well. There was plenty of storage space, for our clothes and our skiing paraphernalia. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift but we could have done with better directions and a map to the town; the Main Street Station is only a few minutes away too but the route isn't obvious from town centre maps. The garage was also very welcome to keep the car warm overnight. My wife couldn't gain access to the pool and couldn't find the dumpster, so directions to those could be improved. But overall very satisfied.

Plenty of room and well kept. Had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend this place
Great place - would make a tiny change
We loved the condo. The facilities were great. Only issue is that -with what you pay - we all thought the bed sheets could be a better fit. I know it sounds picky but after long, hard days on the slopes and coming home exhausted it was rough getting a good night's sleep when the bedsheets kept popping off because they were too small. Just invest in a bigger fitted sheet. Also, the tubs were super slippery. So be careful - might be nice to provide mats. Otherwise, the facility was perfect and we loved it.
Breckenridge Condo Columbine 105
The four of us stayed at Columbine 105 for the second year in a row, as it suits our group perfectly. The layout is ideal, with two bedrooms, each with two Queen or King beds and adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen is small but more than adequate for our purposes. Dining and living room areas were very good. We really liked the underground parking option, as well as the proximity to the Quicksilver chair, a 5-10 minute walk. Also, I was able to contact the management group easily, with quick responses to several questions we had. All in all, we found this to be the ideal condo for our group, and hope to stay there again next year.
CONVENIENT LOCATION, WELL-KEPT AND CLEAN, PERFECT STAY!!!
Everything was great! We really enjoyed the location of the condo- it was so close to the center of town. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was spacious and gave us the "cozy cabin" feel. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to whip up a few meals. To top it all of, Mark was extremely helpful in extending our check out time a little later when an unexpected emergency came up. When we come back to Breckenridge, we are definitely going to stay with you guys again! Thank you so much!!
