Beautiful apartement with A/C, 65 square meters, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 1st floor with lift, on the street. Beautiful view on Bastille.and the Port, from the large balcony. 







  • living room with sofa, armchair, small table, 4K smart HD TV, bluetooth speaker, internet connction, and dinning area ith tabe and chairs opening on the kitchen. The sofa can turn into a bed of 160 x 190cm.


  • kitchen opened on the living room with fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary for cooking, washer/dryer, hoover, iron and iron table.


  • 1st bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer.


  • WC


  • 1st bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, 4K smart TV.


  • 2nd bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, possible to split it in 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, 4K smart TV. 


  • 2nd bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom with shower and WC.






The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Electric heating. A/C.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

This place was great, very nice inside, everything you need is in the neighborhood with an easy walking distance (including groceries and pastry shops). We really enjoyed staying in this place and hope to do so again in the future.

The apartment was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and the location was ideal (very close to the metro station and away from crowds). We loved the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very well located in Paris. It was somewhat away from the crowds and the tourist attractions, but it offered excellent access to the world of the everyday in Paris. We really enjoyed it. The apartment itself is a compact 2 bedroom with a small kitchen perfect for people who will likely dine out most days. It is on the second level above the street on a very busy road, so there will be some road noise at night. But, it is a pleasant, vibrant street, so we really did not mind. Overall, it was a very enjoyable place to stay. We will likely return.

It was a nice apartment. Good location. Since we are American and everything was in French, a little difficult to use the appliances. It would have been helpful to have some written instructions in English for the appliances. We never did figure out the washer/dryer.

Great place!

We're so happy we chose this apartment for our stay. The two bedrooms are really similar in size, both have large (very comfortable!) beds, great storage space if you want to unpack, and there are two full baths in the apartment. It was colder when we were there and the heater works GREAT. The full kitchen was super useful, and the location was perfection.

Perfect apartment for a family visit to Paris

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location is great, only a block from the Bastille metro stop. It was really clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great find.

Fantastic family stay near Bastille

Our family really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The place was nicely outfitted with a balcony overlooking the Canal Saint-Martin and very convenient to the Bastille metro station. Many restaurants and food stores are near by. It was also nice to be able to do laundry on our trip and have breakfast in the apartment to start our days. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a family when visiting Paris.

nice 2-bedroom in Paris

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a comfortable apartment in a good location. Convenient for walking to lots of sites, but the Metro is very close by as well. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in the area. The management company was easy to work with.

Great apartment

We enjoyed this apartment as it was clean, comfortable, close to Metro, near good restaurants & a fantastic bakery where we enjoyed several baguettes & sweets. We are first time VRBO users and this was a great start to possible further bookings.

Great stay!

This is a great flat! Clean, quiet with the windows closed, and good AC. Great showers. The little terrace was fun. Romain checked us in and was great about staying in touch when our plane was delayed. Lots of nearby restaurants and steps from the Metro. Would love to stay here again!

Spring Break on Paris

We had a great experience staying at the Opera/Bastille apartment. The place was very clean and very comfortable for my family. Location was excellent, very close to the metro and great local restaurants. There was a parking across the street which was great as we had a rental car. Overall great experience!

1st time in Paris

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at the Opera apartment. 2 large beds and 2 bathrooms were great in size. The location was perfect with many cafes, bars and metro within walking distance. The accommodations felt very secure with two locked doors and a loft to get to the apartment. We enjoyed our time in Paris.

Comfortable and perfectly located

This apartment was everything I hoped it would be and then some. The descriptions are accurate. The location is close to the metro and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The property management team was very easy to work with and responsive to messages. I can't say enough good things about the property. I will definitely stay there if I have the opportunity to get to Paris again.

Lovely stay at a very nice property

This place was perfect for two couples. We stayed here as an extension on a Christmas Market river cruise. The place is a great size for two couples. Don't expect to be cooking meals, but for eating take out or coffee in the morning, it was perfect. Plenty of dishes, a coffee maker and an oven/fridge and freezer. The check in process and assistance of the person checking us in was wonderful. She was over the top helpful for food stores/wine store. And, it is close to Le Metro, plenty of restaurants and very safe.

Marvelous apartment near the Opéra Bastille

100% magnificent. Great communication with the management team, excellent check-in experience. The apartment itself was exquisite: tastefully furnished with a great little kitchen and all the amenities. And a balcony! You also can't beat the location. Yes, the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe are a little bit further away across the center of the city, but such easy walks to Le Marias, or Notre Dam / Isle St.Louis, or St Germain for that matter. We will definitely check to see if this apartment is available when we make our next trip to Paris.

Absolutely Amazing!!

The host was fabulous! The apartment was blocks from the metro along a canal and near a plaza. We felt safe and we had easy access to all the sights. With AC, large beds and pull-out sofa, full sized fridge, patio, washer/dryer unit and microwave/oven unit we felt spoiled. This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Our teenage boys loved having their own room. We would only suggest having some dish rags available.

Fantastic updated apartment in the Opera/Bastille area

Three adults stayed here for three nights and we were very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms (en-suite in room and 2nd shower/sink and toilet located in hallway. Nice refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of glassware, plates, etc. if needed. Despite being on a very busy street, once the doors/windows were closed it was very quiet! There is a small elevator available, but we mostly just used the stairs. Very close to restaurants, markets, pharmacy, etc. We really enjoyed the area and the apartment!

Very comfortable, modern apartment

Overall, a lovely place to stay. Close to all you might need. On a busy road so, although the double glazing was excellent, you couldn't keep the windows open in warmer weather. Agents and check in were good to deal with. Apartment could do with a little regular maintenance (drains clogged, dishwasher filthy, power points not working, for example). Despite this, highly recommended.
