The condo was very nice and clean as advertised. The building is a bit of a pain. It took 5 days to get light bulbs in key places replaced. There are too many codes to remember and keys to use for everything. The parking instructions were not clear as to the location of the space. It’s still a very nice condo right on the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you found the condo nice, clean, and as advertised, and that you enjoyed the beachfront location. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the light bulbs replaced and understand how frustrating that must have been during your stay. Even we already advised it to the HOA to replace the bulb on the first day you reported it. Thank you again for your helpful feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

The bicycles were advertised as new. They were very old.
Stayed 4 nights in Jan 2026
Response from VrboOwner on Feb 8, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that while the bicycles are fully functional and regularly maintained, being located very close to the beach means that the sea air can cause them to look older more quickly due to natural wear. This does not affect their performance or safety, and they are in working condition for guest use. Thank you and looking forward to hosting you again soon
