Directly on the beach, ground floor, cute, super clean, quiet beach cottage. Get your feet in the sand, put up the umbrella & watch the spectacular sunsets from the beach, our comfortable couch or on the patio. Really, we are right on the beach. Relaxing and uncrowded with only 5 units in our complex. Family room has a large flat screen TV with Roku. We have free Wi-Fi and TWO large picture windows with a breathtaking view of the white sand and clear water Gulf of Mexico. It's fully outfitted for a relaxing, fun beach vacation. We have an umbrella, chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Just bring your bathing suit! Our brand new patio deck provides beautiful views of the beach and newly renovated pool and deck is shared with only 4 other homes and is a great place to unwind or entertain. All equipment with a shower off the beach to rinse the sand off.
Why pay for a hotel, when you can have all the comforts of home while on vacation? When you enter our cottage, you will feel right at home with the cozy updates furnishings and comfortable atmosphere. It has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation on the beach! Our cottage is only 800 square feet, but it's clean & comfortable. We have 2 bedrooms. The master room has a partial view of the beach. It has 1 king bed, dresser & closet and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 1 set of sturdy bunk beds, day bed that extends to a king (yes second king bed) along with a closet with no beach view. The kitchen is an open floor plan extending to even more seating for the views. The cottage sleeps 5 comfortably. But, keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided. Our kitchen has a counter height table made out of real wood and can seat 5. There is a full size refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher and oven. Our cottage has all dishes, glassware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. We have some spices you’re welcomed to use. We have 1 bathroom with a single sink, toilet, small step down shower, no tub. A coin operated full size washer and dryer are are located just steps away from our cottage. Newly renovated pool area & deck. Heated pool in the winter. We also have 1 private parking space that is long enough to fit 2 SUV type cars.

This was the cutest beach house. We loved everything about it! Very clean, comfortable beds, short walk to beach, pool, all beach accessories available, short drive to Clearwater, beautiful sunset every night and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Our family loved it and hope to be back again one day!

A Great Beach Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The beach is just outside the door and the sunsets are unreal! The location is perfect for so many of the activities and attractions. The farthest thing we did was the Dali Museum in St. Pete and even that was an easy 40 minute drive. We experienced a minor issue with the stove and Ryan came within 10 minutes and had it fixed in a jiffy. We had a great stay and hope to come back again sometime soon!

Beach Outside Our Window

I could sit(lay) on the sofa and see the sand and sea. It was a quiet walk to the beach. The area is mostly residential and the beach is private. The condo(cottage) is so cute and well appointed. We will return.

The best!

This place is an absolute gem! It's a little hidden/tucked away with excellent access to the gulf--just outside our door. Watching the sunset is a nightly event enjoyed by everyone around. The place is perfect for a couple or a small family. The area is quiet and friendly while being surrounded by bustling towns. The cottage has been completely refurbished with new flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with all the utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Communication with the owners was excellent before, during and after our stay. This has become a place on our "short list" of places to stay.

Beach paradise

Best home away from home. Decorated so cute and very functional. You can see the beach and then with a few steps your on the beach. Owners are so responsive. Had a few questions before we arrived, they immediately respond. Needed 1 thing while we were there and owner dropped it off within 20 minutes. Don’t hesitate to book!! Kitchen is well stocked. We grilled and cooked every dinner with a beautiful sunset. Little pool is nice and quiet. Beach is nice and quiet even during spring break.

I would rent again

1. First time renting a beach house/cottage in 10 yrs where they had enough hangers for towels and swim suits. 2. We flew in so it was so great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, and a cooler. 3. The pool was a nice addition. 4. The view from the living room out to the beach was absolutely amazing. 5. Nice quite beach area Clearwater and Indian Rocks was less than 2 miles each way to get our fill of people and crowds. 6. The owners were very responsive even on the weekend when we needed items.

Location was nice

The location of this property was wonderful. The master bed was really comfortable. The shower drain was a little backed up and we had to shut off the water during someone our showers to make sure there was no overflow of water in the shower bassen area. The flooring I brought up as a concern because it is peeling, cracking, lifting and covered with about 6 area rugs which were almost more of a tripping hazard for me carrying a baby and my parents who were visiting, but really even just as hazardous for my 34 year husband who is super fit. I just wasn't expecting it because it was advertised as newly renovated. The only other issue we had were the electrical outlets not having a grounding prong so we had to use extensions cords to plug out devices in which gets a little bulky in 800 Sq ft to have extensions cords around. The beach was great, location felt very safe.

Great Location

Perfect size for our family of four. Clean with cute decor and well-stocked kitchen. Location was amazing. It was so close to the beach so our kids could go back and forth easily, which was so nice. It is also a great location if you want to head into Clearwater or some of the areas farther south. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely return!

Location, Location, Location - On the Beach and Comfortable

Great place if you want easy on and off beach access. Has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Close to restaurants and shops but secluded enough to avoid the crowds. Host was a good communicator and available as needed. Kids enjoyed the beach and pool, all within steps of each other.

Beach getaway

Amazing location! Comfortable cottage with beautiful views. Steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets and the days on the beach. Near restaurants and water activities but away from the hustle and bustle which is great for relaxing. Can't wait to come back. Kids and adults had a wonderful time. Hosts were wonderful to work with. We feel so thankful to have had this experience!

Great Location!

This fit 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children) comfortably and had everything we needed to fix up our Thanksgiving dinner on the beach. We could see the entrance from our seats on the beach which allowed our kids to freely come and go as they please during our stay which allowed us extra time to relax in the sand. It was a short drive to the Aquarium and other attractions in Clearwater as well. Clean and convenient! The host was very responsive and helpful. Will visit again in the future!

Perfect Beach Vibes

What a great little gem on the beach! This was only our first trip to the area, but I can’t imagine a better location could be had anywhere between Clearwater and St. Pete. The cottage was cute and clean (and so beautifully updated) and had all the amenities we could’ve needed. This section of beach was quiet and uncrowded—and that sand was to die for! The owners were absolutely fabulous and so accommodating, even after we got home and realized we’d left something behind. Thank you for welcoming us into your piece of paradise!

Laura was an excellent hostess. The lady who cleaned and prepped the house was also excellent. Laura kept in contact with me from the time we made our reservation. The house is perfect for a family of 4-6. The community pool was great, wasn’t very busy at all in late April. The house was decorated beautifully, I love the windows looking out to the beach. It’s literally steps to the ocean. We were so close to the beach we never even packed a cooler, we just walked back to the fridge! There were games for the kids, kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. There are also no stairs, makes it perfect for elderly or small kids. Overall I loved this place, can’t wait to reserve again! Thank you Stovie family!

Great property. Close to the sand with great sunsets every night. Short drive to all the activities in Clearwater but without the crowded beaches that come with the big condos. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (17, 14, and12 year olds). Thanks Laura.

Love the King bed and the pullout daybed to king with the set of bunk beds! Great sleeping set-up

Pool, beach, water, clean everything is set up perfect! Need anything call/text Laura. Sunsets are so amazing! Great place to find shells! Includes beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to hold all our kids toys! Great place to relax! Don’t forget the sunscreen! You can walk, bike for miles each way too if your into that sort of thing😉 You can also make a cocktail in the kitchen and be back to your family on the beach in less than 60 seconds. No elevators to have to wait on!

Perfect for a family, on high tide you can touch the water from the door in less than 25 foot prints

Clean! Views are amazing! No steps, green grass and then white sand. Semi private walk way. Pool is clean, warm, the jets are fun and our kids love to go in the Laundry room and pick out new toys to play with. What a beautiful community. Slice of Paradise
