Renovated Unit on Top Floor with Gorgeous Ocean Views

A-301 is a top floor, upscale end unit that has been designed for your pleasure and comfort. This unit is ideal for couples. Completely renovated, we’re talking about replacing everything….walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, windows, floors. We also expanded the kitchen and raised the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer to not only create more space, but also to make it feel just right. Because it is a top floor, end unit it is also much quieter than many of the other units.

This is not your typical beach condo. The owner tastefully chose the art, installed the sound system, selected the furnishings and stocked the kitchen. We don’t want you to miss anything that would add to the enjoyment of your stay!

While this is a perfect unit for a couple, it is not designed for a family. Close to the activities and amenities of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mt. Pleasant and a short drive to Charleston, you’ll run out of time before you can do all you want. Grab a cocktail, our Bose Bluetooth speaker, a good book and enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunset from the Widow’s Walk. It’ll be hard to leave!

The world renowned Wild Dunes Resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses and multiple practice facilities. The Links Course clubhouse is just a good 4 iron away from B104 with a pro shop, full service bar and restaurant. Hiking, biking and running trails are all available resort recreation options.

Wild Dunes Resort has multiple dining options. Downtown Charleston and all of its attractions is just a 17- mile drive or Uber away.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Starter kit is provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

Amazing condo for a beach vacation. Kitchen was better stocked than my own and it seemed like they thought of every little thing you might need while you're there. Very quiet area, close to the beach, and with amazing views. Having the option of the covered balcony or the uncovered one on the roof was very welcome. We will be back for sure. If you're looking for the best condo on Isle of Palms, you found it.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The condo was every bit as advertised and picture accurate. The layout is great with 2 porches (covered and uncovered) to choose from. The unit has very nice furniture, a comfortable sleeping bed and generally gives you a good feel while you're there. Not to mention it's right at the beach. The owner, Ron, was also very communicative and great to work with. Would highly recommend this condo for couples.

The unit and view were awesome. The elevator was dirty and smelled. Hallways leading to unit needed some attention(painting power washing, etc).

Property is clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet. Magnificent view of the ocean from condo and short walk to get to the beach. Property was as advertised and communication and information from owners was excellent. We had a wonderful, relaxing four day stay in Isle of Palms. Our first stay at this property but most likely not the last!

Fantastic!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay. The unit is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Absolutely loved coffee on the upper deck. Ron was the most amazing owner I have ever worked with (and we vacation quite a bit). There was a hurricane around the time of our trip and his communication was incredible! Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Property

What an amazing honeymoon week in Isle of Palms! The property is exactly as described. You'll have everything you could possibly need in this beautifully appointed villa. Ron is an excellent host, was very responsive, and even went out of his way to provide us with great recommendations for dinner. We'd love to return for anniversaries in the future.

Couples Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this property and hope to return again. The owners have spared no elements when it comes to things we look for in our home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need, very clean and amazing views. We enjoyed sitting outside on the crows nest as well as the screened in porch that was very comfortable. The surround sound on the living room TV was a plus for entertainment at night. The beach is beautiful and convenient to access. Ww have already told other friends about this amazing place. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.

Outstanding Wild Dunes Experience

This is a very well kept and well equipped condo in a great location. We’ve rented many units in this Wild Dunes neighborhood over the years, and this was by far our most satisfying stay. The owners are fantastic hosts, and we are already making plans to return there again next year.

Gorgeous!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view was fabulous, and the condo was beautiful!! If I could change one thing it would be the shower head as I enjoy a continuous stream, as I felt it was hard to rinse off. Other than that, it was amazing!!

Winter Escape to the Ocean

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks staying in this beach front condo. It was perfect. Stunning views and sounds of the ocean from the screened in porch and widows peak. The condo had all you need to feel at home and the decor was true southern charm. So much to do on IOP and nearby Charleston.. The owner had lots of spot on suggestions for restaurants and activities near by. Truly one of the best VRBO we have stayed in.

Relaxation and bliss

We had a truly wonderful time at Ron and Joye’s condo! We spent time in the birdsnest for morning coffee or evening happy hour; we rented bikes and rode along the beach and around the island; we played tennis and walked the beach; and we enjoyed reading and relaxing in the condo. The unit is so beautifully appointed and well thought out as others here have said, and we’re so happy we chose this place for our February vacation!

Delightful week at Wild Dunes

Ron and Joye's property was fabulous! It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The location was perfect, and it was easy to walk to the beach and meet friends who live close by. The condo had everything we needed, and the owners left great suggestions and instructions for all of the amenities. This was one of our favorite VRBO's, and we can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for such a lovely vacation!

Love that ocean roar

On our honeymoon (@66 yrs old). Walked the beach every day. Many restaurants close to location. Grocery close. Clean. Great hosts...only had to call once to locate outdoor garage. Every kitchen item one would need. Never used VRBO before, but i will now. We both want to come back and vacation again.
